The support is almost instant in my experience recently, very happy with my susbscription when a couple of years ago i was wondering if this system would last. It is great now and my business is pretty much relying on it.

A great extension! A must have.

I cannot say that my experience with SP Page Builder Pro has been entirely smooth or easy. I installed it during the release of a new version, which came with multiple teething problems. However, I stayed with it because it offers many great features that have transformed my Joomla website.

Before installing the plugin, maintaining a truly responsive website required endless hours of effort and study. SP Page Builder has made a huge difference. That said, you can't expect the default installation to suit every situation—you do need to invest time in learning how to configure the plugin properly. But in my experience, it’s worth the effort.

From time to time, I encounter minor issues, but the support team—available as part of the reasonable annual renewal fee—has always responded promptly and courteously, doing their best to understand and resolve the problems. I imagine it must be a challenging job, supporting customers with varying levels of technical knowledge in such a fast-changing technological landscape. They have my respect.
