Jones Homes UK Arvostelua

The whole experience has been àmazing from start to finish.
Nothing has been too much trouble in making our move as stress free as possible.
Many thanks to Karen and Nicole from the sales team and to Paul the site manager.
Steve and Anita.

Appalling customer service. Still waiting on snags to be completed lived here nearly a year and now being told they will not be doing them! What happened to the 2 years grace of snags!
Avoid at all costs, all good until they have your money.
Poor quality, lack of finishing touches and overall rude customer service staff.
Gardens are awful, just had ours landscaped due to what is buried under the turf they lay down the grass will never grow!
Leaks, stairs falling apart and huge cracks they will not repair! Very unhappy considering the amount you pay for their houses!
Would I buy again from this builder, absolutely not!!!

Whilst the builders have left us more snags than I can count… the customer care team are absolutely fantastic. Ben and Martin are the dream team and I feel so happy to have them here knowing they will do a really good job. Everything is always clean, tidy, and done properly! They’re not bad company either and will aways ask how we are getting on, even remembering the dogs name. Honestly adore them!

Ben arrived on time he was pleasant and polite. He knew what he had to do and was patient with me while I was explaining what the problem was. He explained what he was doing and why. He was respectful of my property and explained why he was wearing his safety boots indoors. Thank you Ben

Ben & Martin are a credit to Jones Homes. They are friendly, hardworking & both go above and beyond. Each time they have carried out work on my plot they have done an excellent job! I’ve had a new build before & the aftercare I received was nothing compared to these two & the CC office.

Ben Marriott came and fixed some stuff for us. Nothing particularly major but turned up with a smile on his face and sorted our stuff out within an hour or so. Nothing seemed to faze him. He identified something relatively significant with our bath tub....again not an issue. Sorted it. Really pleased with Jones Homes and Ben. Thank you for popping over :-)

Lyndsey was very helpful. We have a brand new house and completeted a snagging list with Lyndsey. A very attentive Martin came yesterday to carry out some of the snagging list. He was not supplied with an air vent for the downstairs cloakroom so could not complete this issue. Martin’s work was excellent ie 100% completely satisfied with the care and attention he took and he obviously had pride in his work.

Whoever painted our house internally was slap dash and paint splashes on tiled floors, all our door hinges, sanitary ware. I would not have expected this sloppy work from a prestigious company ie Jones Homes. Our house was the show home so would have expected a far better internal finish.
All the door hinges need changing due to the amount of paint on them.
Ridge tile/s on porch still not level. I can provide a telephone number if you want for an excellent roofer.
Dinah was very accommodating with the price. Would have been nice to have received a phone call a couple of days after we moved in from Dinah as Dinah sold us the property.
All in all a lovely property. Thank you John Blain

The homes are lovely from the outside, but to be honest not the best quality, particularly internal walls, as you can hear everything loudly from one room to the next with doors closed. Main issue though is customer service, once you are in they ignore you, shocking communication and complete ignorance to issues. If you buy from them, hope it's perfect from the start, or you are in for months of stress.

Excellent Customer Service! From our initial enquiry to moving in day, the process was very smooth and professional and we were informed of every step. Special thanks to Karen, Nicole, Jeff and Paul.

Great company staff was excellent

We love our new Jones home. The process from initial enquiry to moving in was very smooth and professional. The sales and construction team were most helpful solving all our queries and very minor snagging issues. Special shout out to Karen and Paul.

Great quality home, excellent customer service.

We decided to purchase a Jones Home after we had viewed many different homes and developments within the surrounding area of Eggborough, selby and Snaith. Without a doubt Jones Homes are the best quality builders around. I visited show homes from other builders/developers and Jones are by far the best from sales, customer service and aftercare.
The week before we moved into our new home we had an inspection day with the site manager (Alan) where we walked around the house and garden to make sure that we were happy with everything before handover.
WOW, it is absolutely beautiful, not just a house but a beautiful home. A forever home..!
The day after completion, day after we moved into our home we had a knock on the door from Jeanette,(sales advisor) Alan (site manager)and Simon Smith (customer care) all of which have been amazing. What a Team..!
So professional, really helpful and very caring.
The little snagging jobs that we’ve come across have been dealt with the same day by Simon Smith, absolutely nothing is any trouble to this guy. Simon is an asset to Jones homes. Very friendly, explains everything and carries out his work with extreme professionalism and care from start to finish. The whole workforce at Jones Teasel Green are a fantastic, professional, caring, friendly and hard working Team. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone on this site. Everyone has been and still is caring, consistent, and considerate.
We can highly recommend Jones homes, the site at Teasel Green and the quality HOME to anyone who is considering a new build. You honestly won’t find a better quality home than a Jones Home. 5 Stars from us.
Thank you ❤️ we love our new home

Wentworth view, Thorpe hesley.
Simon, customer care operative.
5 star customer service care, arrived on time, very courteous of my home, professional and helpful. Got the jobs done!
Genuinely cared!
Thankyou

Really good sales process and very diligent when it came to correcting where there were snagging issues.
Huge concerns over quality of doors and windows . Had a number already replaced due to scratches and out of alignment. Made very clear that I founded anything further it was too late . However I still gave a number scratched that I didn’t originally see

The experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly patient, guiding us through every step of the process and helping us navigate any barriers that we faced along the way, which was incredibly helpful as first time buyers. Communication lines were always clear, timely and proactive - we never felt out of the loop at all!

What truly stood out was the high levels of customer service. Every interaction felt personal and professional, and we always felt that our needs were genuinely valued. The team (Karen, Nicole and Jeff) were friendly, approachable and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.

We're absolutely thrilled with our new home and can't speak highly enough of the standards and service we received. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jones Homes to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and customer-focused build.

Myself and my partner had a great experience from buying from jones homes. The staff was so helpful and really made our first experience very reassuring and easy, staff helped with extras we was choosing and even took us to other plots to see what they looked like & it really made our vision of our dream home come to life. I couldn’t be more thankful for the help from jones homes.

Incredible service and incredible home. Having recently been let down by another well known national house builder, it’s been an amazing experience from start to finish with Jones Homes. Staff have been super helpful and the house has been finished to a good quality inside and out. Would highly recommend!

The Jones Homes sales and site teams, and especially Julie, were excellent in supporting my house move, which took a very long time to complete. My new house was prepared beautifully and the welcome and service has been amazing. Thank you.

From start to finish, Jones homes have worked hard to ensure the process was as easy as possible and always have responded positively to any questions or things that needed doing. Nothing was too much trouble. Sandra and Paul have quite literally been outstanding. Thank you x
