Jones Homes UK Arvostelua

Generally, I was very pleased with the customer service in terms of the sales advice - very outstanding right from the start to the completion of the property and handover. This included the provision of the right documentation and the clear guidelines which eased the filling up of the paperwork and other contract provisions throughout the stage processes. It enabled a smooth and satisfactory completion of my purchase and handover. Finally, I was impressed with the quality of the finished product. And after taking over the property, the Site Manager and Sales Advisor were brilliant with continuous prompt responses and follow-up checks whenever called upon to assist if there was an issue, however small it was. Generally, the entire management and staff dealt with, workers or contractors of Jones Jones Homes are all courteous, friendly and true professionals.

Jones Homes made the process of buying our new home a pleasant experience.
They kept us informed regularly along each stage of the process.
Our sales advisor Sandra was very helpful and informative making it a smooth process. I would recommend Jones Homes for the quality of the build to their customer service and aftercare.

Big massive thanks to Karen the sales advisor she has been absolutely fantastic, words simply can’t explain how thankful and grateful we are for all Karen done for us during the process of buying our first home.

Paul the site manager has been fantastic also helping us with the after care of our home- very minor snags but actioned very quickly and smoothly.

Very positive and amazing experience from enquiring in the office to completion.
Highly recommend!

I have just moved into a Jones Homes property on Cavendish Park Bolsover and must report on the premium service that both the sales advisors “Jas Khair & Lyndsey Morton” have provided me along this journey. Nothing has been too much trouble for both of them whenever I needed any information or advice, always with a smile and warm welcome and a wave when I walk past the office.Massive thx to both of them for going the extra mile and the house is awesome by the way

I am in the process of selling a property they built. I needed quite alot of information regarding various guarantees etc which related to the flat.
They have been so helpful and quick in their response in providing information to me. So Lovely to deal with via telephone and emails. A special shout out to Liz and Jonny who have been so thorough in and amongst their other workload. A big Thank you. Very impressed.

Excellent remedial work undertaken by Ben and Martin from Customer Care and they tidied up beautifully afterwards.

Carol was very friendly, informative and good with detail and specification. She took time with us and listened to what we said. Excellent.

Dan has been very considerate with working in the house with our newborn, he has gone above and beyond with his work and done so in a professional manner.

A warm welcome given by Jones homes with flowers and champagne. The home had been cleaned and hoovered ready for my furniture. Little touches including hand soap and towels on the downstairs bathroom, just showed how the small touches made it a stress free day. Thank you Junes homes

We moved into our beautiful new home 4 weeks ago. There have been a few snagging points as to be expected with a new build property, but everything has either been dealt with or is in hand. Carl the site manager at the Bolsover site has been brilliant and very professional in every way. Nothing is too much trouble for him to make sure we are happy with everything. We would highly recommend Jones Homes to anyone looking to purchase a quality new build home.

Thank you to everyone on the Sunfield estate in Wilmslow for making moving into our new home such a positive experience. Everyone we have come into contact with, from builders we have passed on the road to contractors coming into the house, have been so polite. There is building works to the front and back of our house but we have never been affected by this, thanks to the professionalism of everyone on site. Everyone who has come to the house to resolve any snags has come on time and have been very respectful of a sleeping baby too! Special thanks to Julie, Phil and Charlie for all their hard work thus far; we really are very grateful

A special thank you to Julie Roberts at Sunfield. Throughout the process of securing our plot, Julie was beyond helpful and exceeded our expectations. She made the entire process smooth and supported me and my partner every step of the way! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and would always keep us updated/put us at ease. We highly recommend her services and we wish her success in her future endeavors.

Great team who couldn't do enough for us throughout our moving process. The houses are beautiful and the after care once moved in is excellent. I would highly recommend buying a Jones home. We absolutely love our new home !

Absolutely fantastic customer care from both the Sales advisor (Janette A.) and the site manager Billy L. (Site manager). Janette was very helpful and patient with us by walking us through all the extras and choices for selecting materials for our new home. She was great at communicating the progress of the build with us and any additional information Jones Homes required as part of the buying process. Billy has been great at addressing any additional issues with the house after moving in (of which they were all minor and very quickly fixed). All in all very positive experience.

Special thanks to Gateford Lynn, David and Graham
Provide good service with following up and looking for their final items to finish up soon.

We’ve had an amazing experience and so much support from Denise over our move to a Jones’s home. We never thought it would happen and we visited the site every weekend and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is very knowledgable and a lovely person, we are very happy to be finally in our home.

Dan Hunt helped sort out some snags at our new build and did a brilliant job. Professional, friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work.

I'd feel secure in knowing Dan was at hand to deal with any future snags we might have.
