I am highly disappointed with how this app handles customer accounts and rewards. This is the second time I have run into major functional issues with Klover. First, my account access was temporarily blocked due to a camera glitch on their end during a standard identity check. Now, they are completely refusing to honor a 20,000-point subscription promotion that I successfully completed through their direct app link on May 18th. I provided concrete, time-stamped proof of completion and official receipts. Despite this, customer support demanded a screenshot of the live offer wall. This is a logistical impossibility because Klover’s own system automatically deletes a promotional ad from your dashboard the exact moment you click it and fulfill it. Support keeps claiming they "cannot find the offer," entirely ignoring the internal click-through tracking tokens generated by their own servers on that date. Leaving an urgent support ticket sitting for days with no real response after promising a supervisor escalation is unacceptable. If you use this app, be warned that their promotional tracking is highly unreliable, and customer service will offer nothing but a runaround instead of fixing backend errors. Avoid relying on their milestone promises.

I don’t see a 0 star up there or that is what they would get. I have been trying to install the app for an advance since April 11 2026. I told them what they need to do to fix my account but they ignore me. I bet I have requested help at least 25 or 30 in emails. I’ve even emailed joinklover.com no help. I have never been treated like this before and I’m 70 years old and disabled. Let’s see how long it takes to read this review!!!!!!!!!

They offered me an advance. They didn't provide me an advance yet they took 7000 points from me and never returned them or even explained themselves. I have screenshots of all the messages I left that were closed with absolutely no attempt to resolve or help with my issue. It has been over 3 weeks that I have been trying to get this fixed.

I am always sending an email. They do not respond quickly, it is more like a chat box and not a live agent.

They have deducted SEVERAL small amounts from my checking account over SEVERAL days, not just 2, not just 4, MANY & ALL THEY WANT IS TO GIVE ME RIDICULOUS POINTS??!!! STOP TOUCHING MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, I DONT WANT YOUR POINTS!!! WORTHLESS BS!! 😡

Charges a subscription but you still can’t immediately use creation required options. Before trial was up, I canceled and deactivated the account. However I have been charged multiple times since making the request and confirming the account was deactivated.

I downloaded the app like 6 months ago and still have yet to be qualified for an advance. My debit card is still processing. It also took 2 weeks to get a link to reset my password. Don't waste your time it's basically a platform to advertise and accumulate points for using their advertisers. Then you cash the points in for cash. 1200 points for $5.

I originally downloaded this app in 2022 and then uninstalled cause it said to contact support and I never heard back. I apparently forgot about this app until I was reminded about it and thought I'd give it a try. Lol. I downloaded it today and was reminded that I already have an account. I can't change my address or add my gender in the app. There is a section where you can connect various retailers, including Doordash and get points for those receipts. I had to connect Amazon, Walmart, and Target 3 times within 5 minutes cause they wouldn't stay connected. I tried adding doordash but it kept telling me that my login info is wrong but I even verified they're not. I sent cs 2 messages tonight asking about changing my address and about the retailer connection issues. I'm kind of scared to try to connect my other shopping accounts cause I don't wanna have to reconnect each one 3 more times. Klover does have a referral program to where you can get 2500 points if your friend signs up but I have no idea what the steps are to trigger the bonus, other than signing up.
