John Clark Motor Group - Dundee Audi Arvostelua 

Avoid this place at all costs, so many better Audi dealerships out there. Collected my Audi A1 2021 plate ( cost £21k) and noticed the tyres had looked like they had slash marks on them, and the brakes were grinding also ( photos attached) Contacted Dundee Audi with pictures, but was told this was Audi standard and that they were fine.After a few emails and phone calls back and forth, they agreed for me to bring the car back to take a look. This was pointless as they stuck to there guns and said “it’s fine, this is Audi standard “ This was a couple of months ago and the brakes are worse now than before. Still awaiting a courtesy call from Mark the salesman .

I have been a customer at Dundee Audi for many years the staff are welcoming and friendly. Mark Dolan who I have dealt with before could not have been more helpful keeping me updated and informed about my car. The hand over went smoothly and his knowledge and friendly manner made it so easy.

Right from our first visit to showroom everything was first class, sales executive, vehicle information, financial information, everything was covered in great detail, so much so that we purchased a new vehicle on our return visit. Our sales executive Nico was excellent covering all aspects in an extremely professional manner, we did require some assistance with the setting up of the financial programme and Richard from management team was excellent in helping to set this all up for us. Finally, this is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from John Clark Motor Group and have to say every part of purchase was first class, thank you again

Helpful and knowledgeable service.

All the staff at Dundee Audi are great to deal with. Colin and Brett arranged the trade in and the sale and finance of my new car. The girls on reception are very helpful and keep my caffeine levels up🤣along with the technical expert at handover. Sorry cannot remember her name, she explained everything I needed to know. I bought a £30k car, which had a fault with the quattro system as I pulled away from the garage, put it back in for them to fix which they did but only a temporary fix. On the way home the reoccurred so had to get it towed away, they replaced the part and then drove the car 250 miles to me. The tyres are cracked which they refused to replace although the AA breakdown guy said they would not pass an MOT.
The car also had two warning lights on separate occasions.
I've had no apology from the garage and not impressed when they have been in contact.
My wife has to take 2 days holidays due to the car being unsafe to drive while I waited on a hire car. I also had to take a half day from work when the car came back.
I'm very disappointed in the service for buying such an expensive cars and won't be going back or advising family or friends.
No big surprise that I haven't heard anything since the response to my review

I was looking for an Audi and came across John Clark Audi in Dundee. They had a large selection of all models and I spotted one that caught my attention.

Mark from the dealership called me up and we arranged a test drive. On the day everything was prepared for me. After a coffee and review of the process, I was shown the the unique features of the car, and went out on my own for the test drive. As it happens, I loved it and decided to buy it.

Mark explained all the purchase options, (cash, HP, PCP) providing written illustrations on several options. This included any additional products and warranties I could add to the package. There was no pressure to take any of them.

I had a part exchange and I was offered a price for my car which I accepted. The credit check was completed and we agreed collection in 3 days (as I opted to have a rear camera fitted).

Most of the necessary paperwork was completed and signed online prior to collection, but I then changed my mind on the length of the repayment period and called Mark. The change was made without questions, even though I'm sure it caused some inconvenience.

On the day there were a few other forms I needed to sign, and was given a full "tour" of the car's features before driving it away.

I've had the car a week now and am very happy with it.

All in all, an excellent experience.

I had been looking for a certain Audi Q3 for a while. I visited Audi at Kings Cross Road branch. I spoke with Hamish Patullo (Sales) and let him know exactly what car I had in mind. It didn't take too long and Hamish contacted me to say he had a new Q3 coming in that he thought would suit me. I visited the branch once the car arrived and had a good look then a test drive. The car was just perfect so we agreed the sale. Hamish kept me updated at all times untill the car was signed for and drove it home. A big thank you to Hamish who was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and a credit to Audi Dundee. I would highly recommend Audi Dundee.

First class service from start to finish.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Mark.He maintained clear and consistent communication throughout and found me my perfect car.

From start to finish I had great communication and nothing was too much trouble at all. It was extremely efficient and would definitely use Dundee Audi and Mark Dolan again.

Helpful and courteous staff. Whole process went without a hitch. Car was presented in an immaculate state. You will be my first port of call when it is time to change cars again.

Service experience very poor.

My recently purchased Q3 was booked in for some simple remedial work which was being funded by Aberdeen Audi. The work was completed, and upon further inspection at home afterwards a new issue was noticed, whereby an exterior piece of bodywork on the car had been replaced (for reasons unknown) with an incorrect piece. After numerous email exchanges, where Dundee were less than helpful, (despite clear photographic evidence showing the car pre drop off and immediately after), Aberdeen Audi kindly agreed to cover the cost to allow it to be rectified even though the issue was clearly not of their making.

Dundee Audi at no point, either took ownership of the fact that this happened whilst the car was in their care (it was a mystery to them apparently..) much less even offer an apology.
The car was booked in once again (another 80 mile round trip, no offer of collection here), and upon collection in Dundee the replacement part had not even been fitted correctly...who is supposed to be checking the work carried out?, anyone at all??

Having been a serial Audi purchaser for years, this was by far the worst service experience I have encountered, far away from main dealer standard, and lacking in both ownership and transparency as well as being completely devoid of a focus on the customer experience.

I would gladly drive past Dundee back to Aberdeen for any future service needs, what a difference in customer service and attitude.
