The whole experience was first rate. I was greeted by receptionist who quickly seated me at Kosta’s desk and got me a cup of tea. I only had to wait a few minutes and Kosta was free after finishing off with another client. I was able to view the id3 in the store and was able to test drive it shortly thereafter. Kosta advised me of the fantastic offer that was available on the id3 and I agreed to it and begun the process straight away. My car was available 6 days later and through the whole process Kosta kept me up to date, checked if I needed anything and booked me in to collect my new car.
The process on collection was quick and easy thanks to online forms and signing, quick and easy and painless. Kosta was with a client while I completed the paperwork and his colleague showed me my car and the controls I needed. Kosta has kept in touch since I got my car, checking how I am getting on and if I needed any help. Overall a fantastic customer service and I will be buying another car from John Clark once this deal ends in 2027.

All friendly and helpful folk. Explained the best time to refinance my car. Asked how my car is performing, about mileage on a trip. Showed my husband round a Countryman.

Popped down to BMW Motorrad Aberdeen after riding a friends motorbike and deciding I should return to riding after a hiatus of 8 years.

The Sales Executive, Jim, is exemplary, and should be used as an example to every other sales person within the motor trade.

No pushy sales tactics, no fluff and nonsense, just good, honest and straight forward advice.

I decided to buy another used BMW R1200 GS Adventure and after paying the deposit, Jim said that he is always available on email no matter what day, or time, and to reach out if I have any questions.

Thinking it might not have been quite true, I was proven wrong when I had a burning question and emailed Jim at 9pm on a Sunday night. Not expecting a reply until at least Monday I was shocked that he replied within half an hour!

This level of attentiveness brought me back down to the dealer a couple of weeks later where I then purchased a car from them and also recieved a great service from Victoria.

I am a serial car and now motorcycle buyer and am now already planning for what is to come next.

For BMW, I wont be going anywhere else.

Fantastic went in for recall for wiring and they fixed my brakes too without even mentioning them! Ace surprise

John very kindly showed me to my car after it was repaired in your body shop. VW Specialist Cars body shop in Greenwell Road, Aberdeen. Then as it had been sitting and the seagulls had targeted it, he suggested I go back to reception while he jet washed it again - even though as a very skilled assessor, this was not his job. So then when he had cleaned my car he drove it the door of reception. I thought this was going the extra mile in customer service. John is a true gentleman. Thank you!

They arranged a test drive car from BMW - took the car to my house - explained all the new functions before the test drive - I could have a few days with the car to make my mind up - then once I decided on colour and extras etc they almost got me the deal I wanted - life is a compromise - delivery was on time and the car was excellently presented and time was taken to show me its details at hand over - hard to see what could have been done better

The staff were professional and friendly. I was kept informed about any parts requiring replacement.

First time visit to the Aberdeen dealership. Reception was ok but not outstanding or the warmest of greetings. I was directed to an area where the service desks are located at the other end of the building. Upon arrival there it took longer than it should for someone to acknowledge a new entry to this area. After obtaining the attention of a service representative all went very nicely. The service person was friendly efficient and we were on our way with a courtesy vehicle for the day. Communications during the day included results of the vehicle health check which was informative. At collection of our vehicle further explanation was also helpful and friendly. Our experience at BMW Calgary in Canada over several years was much better with a drive-in bay for service appointments which always went very well indeed,

When i collected our new car, it was faulty and had to be repaired. The car would emergency stop when brake touched. This happened 3 times and had to drive car home @15 miles an hour, which enraged other drivers.When driving @ around 30miles an hour, then emergency stopping, this resulted in my spinal problems being aggrevated and increased my pain level for over a week. I Informed my GP.
This is not acceptable. The car was obviousky not checked befire handed over ti me & my husband

I wouldn't typically write reviews but I had a frustrating experience:

Difficult to reach via phone
Price was unclear
Car was returned not clean

I was offered a valet service but it did not work for me to leave my car again.

Car wasn't ready for the day initially stated due to a control unit not working (this was what I was told). The next working day I get a text saying car is ready to collect with no information as to what was going on with the control unit. Called up to find out more information and I get a template response "you got a text saying the car is ready" - I'm well aware, thank you. Does BMW think the owners don't care about their car? If I'm being told the control unit is not working then I'm told the car is ready to collect, the obvious thing would be to inform me of what happened with the control unit issue!

what a disappointment. where has the class gone from the John Clark BMW showroom.
Looking to purchase new car so took me and the wife around some dealerships. A woeful John Clark’s .. scruffy car layout outside, cars unwashed and dirty, the 2 disheveled individuals approached us and some other potential buyers. They looked like they should be sorting out rides at a show ground.
Guys you should pop up the rd to mercedes …. that’s how it’s done.
We only had £45k cash to purchase a car so maybe they weren’t that interested
