Makita lS1019 mitre saw

Product delivered within 2 days, well packaged and as described. This was my first order in my experience they are not the best at answering the phone but when got through very helpful and clear information. Would use again.

Poor communication & cancelled order

I found a tool I wanted on Ebay, the seller directed me to Jobsons to buy it directly, get a small discount and free shipping. So that's what I did. I paid and got confirmation of the order. Later I received a message from Paypal to say that a refund had been issued, I'd get my money back within 7 days. Nothing from Jobsons about why. I contacted them but still have had no response. I take it the tool is not coming now, I've wasted most of the week and will have to reorder elsewhere, I doubt I'll have it in time for the work I wanted to do this weekend.
