No Filter, Candidate are totally waste of Money and Time

Our firm signed up with JobHai as a recruiter, we took the paid plan for 6 months as a trial. The catch was that for 3 months, we weren't able to post any job just because their stupid database and process was not able to verify our GST. And even after constant emails and call followups their response was barely pointing towards a resolution. After they rectified this, post 3 months, whenever we posted any job roles - the candidates ghosted us , the resume never matched the roles kr skills we were looking for. Complete waste of time and money! Initially joined in because they were a part of the naukri network but completely disappointed. After our membership ended, they constantly kept calling, saying that Now there's only premium membership option available and when I put forward my concerns about 90% fake candidate profiles the salesperson had the audacity to give me a sarcastic reply stating but you're still posting jobs on JOBHAI.. Pathetic and Rude Staff .. Hopeless Customer Service..

RATIO OF DATA AND RECRUTIMENT IS 25:1

WORST RECRUITMENT AAP

THEIR 99% CANDDATES NOT PICKING PHONE EVERYTIME NOR THEY MEAASGE BACK OR CALL.

Takes money and then never publishes job

jobhai is one of the worst and fraudulent company owned by Naukri.com. After getting the payment, they are coming with many rules and regulations to post the job. Not allowing to post the job. Even if we submit all the required documents, they will not approve the job. Not getting the matching Keyword resumes. If we ask for civil engineers, they will provide only architects designers' resumes. Please dot use this app and portal. All fake resume.

Third class site. The experience was frustrating, nothing worked as expected, and the service quality was far below acceptable standards. Not recommended at all.

This is one of the worst apps ever. No HR is responding to the messages nor calls. Plesse terminate all the HRs.

They are not deserve one star , jab tak payment nahi hota call pe call aate he uske bad koi sustomer service nahi , koi call nahi uthata he , call to nahi uthate message ka answer bhi nahi or block kr dete he , unka ak employee Rameez ahmad bahot ghatiya sarvice de rahe he ......

I recently used Job Hai for my job search, and I wanted to share my experience.

Unfortunately, I found the platform to be quite disappointing. The sourcing features were not up to par, and the database lacked a variety of relevant job profiles. In fact, I noticed that around 99% of the profiles I encountered did not match my skills or requirements, which was incredibly frustrating.

Since I started using Job Hai, I feel that I have wasted both time and money without seeing any positive results. I hope the platform improves its database and sourcing capabilities to provide a better experience for job seekers in the future.

Overall, I would not recommend Job Hai based on my experience. I hope they can make the necessary improvements soon.

They monitor jobs posted on other websites and call the company and project it as it is sister company of Nakuri. Sales guys followup like crazy till money deposited, post that all drama of what is allowed and what is not, etc. They don't have professional approach. CHEATERS and MONEY EXTRACTORS.. Don't believe this Company..

third class service hai aapka, only plan lene ke liye phone msg follow up hota hai last year bhi job hai se muze invoice ke liye problem face karna pada and ye year bhi...3rd march 2025 ko maine plan liya but abhi tak muze koi invoice provide nahi huwa, Divya mam, ritika mam no replying , customer support team only say within 24hrs invoice aayega , aapka 24hrs kabhi aata hi nahi hai, itna service low hai aapka, ek invoice ke liye customer ko roz phn karna padta hai......
