Scam, avoid this company. A bi-weekly charge of £9.99 hit my sons account, never requested it and looking at other reviews appears that somehow they activate a subscription without your knowledge and make it very difficult to stop it. Currently bank are telling us its a Apply Pay issue and Apple are saying its a bank issue. He's currently £40 down!

I just got a notice on my bank account that £9.99 would be taken from my account from Market MavenX. I remember downloading an app called Moovit and they sneaked in and added themselves somehow in the process. It was super fast as I believed I was adding the transport app and they hooked onto it- I never clearly agreed the payment. Therefore will have to cancel but will prob loose money in the difficulty of doing this. Very bad.

I don't know what Market Maven X do but they have announced to me that I have started a subscription and taken £9.99 from my bank account.

I come from Vietnam. I do not use any services from MarketMavenX UK GB but I see that your system is deducting $9.99 from me on June 18, 2026 and $9.99 on July 2, 2026 for no reason through my apple pay account. Ich habe am 6. Mai etwas bestellt und es ist bis heute, dem 19. Mai nicht angekommen. Es kamen absurde E-Mail Antworten sie hätten den DHL Mitarbeiter zu schnellere Arbeit aufgefordert. Das halte ich für komplett unseriös und unglaubwürdig. Ich bin gespannt ob die Ware jemals ankommt. Bestelle nie wieder über diesen Händler.

This is a scamming site- keeps trying to take £9.99 from my card for absolutely nothing! I’ve never heard of them and definitely never subscribed or bought anything from them. Blocked all their attempts to steal from me🤬

The subscription on this platform is very easy. During the process, I faced some glitches, but the customer support of Market Maven fixed them promptly. I must say that the platform is so good that you will come back again and again, just like me.

This website deducted ten euros from me without me logging in or even searching for anything - total bullshit

Got an email to say MarketMavenx would be taking £9.99 every fortnight from my bank account. No idea who they are. No idea what I would be paying for, or indeed how I could have agreed to such an expensive 'service'. I will be instructing my bank not to pay any new regularly recurring payments! Look on Trustpilot for this company and the associated outfit Girasal. They seem to be operating the same kind of scam. The few good reviews use clunky and very similar English, and all the bad reviews complain of a scam.

Nachtrag: Nachdem ich nochmal richtig Theater gemacht und zig Mails geschickt habe, wurde mir nun das Geld wieder gutgeschrieben. Hoffe nie wieder von dieser Firma zu hören.

BETRUG!!! Achtung. Buchen 49 Euro je Monat von der Kreditkarte ab. Leider habe ich das viel zu spät realisiert. Angeblich habe ich ein Abo abgeschlossen. Habe ich definitiv nicht. Der Support sagte mir, wie man genau dieses Abo abschließt. Habe ich aber niemals so gemacht. Nachweise dazu und wie meine Accountdaten denn wären konnten sie mir nicht geben, bzw. sagen. Man versprach mir das gesamte Geld zurück zu überweisen. Natürlich ist nichts gekommen und auf Anfragen wird nicht reagiert. Also checkt regelmäßig Eure Abrechnungen der Kreditkarte.

I must have clicked on some click bait ad. The company is taking 49 Euros each month. I have blocked them from withdrawing anything. I have never used their service (if any). This is a fraud.

WARNING, they have taken 24.99€ for a Subscription my son didn't want, didn't subscribe and he is a minor.

Ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass das eine Betrugsfirma ist und habe Anzeige erstattet.
Plötzlich wurden mir monatlich 49€ vom Konto gebucht, obwohl ich nie etwas abgeschlossen hatte. Kundenservice telefonisch? Kein Anschluss unter dieser Nummer. Reaktionen auf email an den Support? Keine.
Meine Anfrage bei der Bank zeigte, dass ein Abschluss via Kreditkarte erfolgte. Nur: ich habe die kreditkartenfunktion meiner Debitkarte nie freigeschaltet, das bestätigte mir auch der Bankmitarbeiter.
Bitte passt auf euch auf, ich habe meine Karte sperren lassen, damit das Unternehmen nichts mehr abbuchen kann.

SCAM!! This company sent me an email saying I had signed up for a subscription at £49 a month took money from my account. I have never heard of them.

Scam, I have no idea how I ended up paying 1p through Apple Pay. No subscription appears in my phone. Then I get an email telling me I have a one day trial which will be charged £49 thereafter. You cannot cancel as you cannot get through by phone. Email gets a support notice that they will take over 24hrs to look at your issue which of course immediately kicks in the £49 subscription.
