Brilliant customer service , sent an email regarding my parcel and got a reply basically straight away and sorted me out , highly recommend 5* from me

Excellent service and great price! Although there was a minor issue with receiving my parcel (not the seller’s fault), Royal Mail attempted delivery on a Saturday while I was out and didn’t leave the package outside, so I had to wait until Monday evening to collect it. Despite this, the seller’s communication was top-notch throughout the process, and I would happily order again.

Don't answer emails or phone calls.

Edit: They did finally get back to me saying that they with very busy and had troubles with their messages but offered me a refund straight away.

Superb value. Been using this company for over a year now and have pretty much replaced my whole fishing gear. Cheapest i could find on the web and delivery and service has been superb. i had an issue with a bite alarm about 6 months ago and it was replaced with no questions asked

Before you order anything phone the number on the website site and email their email. The number doesnt even ring and emails go unanswered . I placed an order for £270 of tackle including £70 of weights and 4 banks stick . I received 0 bank sticks and 6 fishing weights . I've emailed all 3 email addresses and tried phone the number on the Web site . No response after 7 days . So it's time to except my losses and only ever order through amazon again .

They did contact me 12 months later and send me some weights . So I change the review to 2 stars

Very Poor. JK Outdoors only got back 7 weeks after I sent online form.
NGT Quickfish Trolley arrived with missing parts. Asked for cost to personally replace missing parts to be covered as JK Outdoors said they did not stock them. JK Outdoors then went silent. The time of 7 days to reply was very poor and in no way has the customer service helped rectify the problem of their product. On numerous occasions I tried ringing their phone number yet no answer.

Below is a follow up email sent to JK Outdoors on 02/07/24 (without doing so I would not have got a reply):
"Dear JK Outdooors,

I sent the following email below on Tuesday 25/06/2024 to the support email address.
I have not had any response since. This is extremely frustrating. I am yet to leave reviews as hope this will be resolved as it should. I have parted with the limited money I have and received a product not fit for sale.
It is within the customers rights to receive what has been advertised and I will have to pursue my consumer rights should this not be resolved.
Here is the original email:

I sent an enquiry form through your website on Friday gone and haven't heard back. I have also tried ringing but the phone is switched off.
I bought the NGT Quickfish trolley at the cost of £40.45 (including £2.95 shipping).
Order #WEB4200

The trolley arrived 2 days after it should have (which wasn't your fault but Royal Mail sending it to the wrong delivery office) so you can imagine I was even more stressed and hugely disappointed to find that the trolley was missing parts upon opening the box.
This was such a disappointment as I needed the trolley fully functioning.
-There were no screws to tighten in place the adjustable handle/bar.
-There were no split pins for the pneumatic wheels
There was nothing to act as a buffer to stop the wheels from sliding inward to rub against the main body of the trolley.

This wasn't what I was expecting to encounter.
Please suggest the best line of action to remedy this issue.

JK replied on 02/07 stating to return the whole trolley to be swapped for a new. I explained I had had to use it as I did not know I would ever receive a reply from them and this new offering came extremely late (7 days). I stated I had needed it a week before and the product should have been fully functioning in the first place!
I let them know the metal bar had become worn (as no screws with box to keep it from sliding) and the wheel axel too (again due to their missing parts). I thought it would be far better for both parties for JK to cover the costs of personally buying 2 or 3 DIY parts to rectify the issue (I suggested £10). Harrison from JK then went totally silent not wanting to help a customer who's faced problems that have all come from their side (missing parts and 7 day delay in response).
Very poor customer service. Wouldn't trust their products to come 'whole'. Disappointed

A great little retailer, doesn't have much web presence hence why I am writing this review.
I got bite alarms, a rod pod, catapult, loads of rig bits and they all came quickly and well packaged. I've since got a load more stuff, leads etc, again all good quality and really great value.
Well worth checking out.
