I ordered my shoes weeks again and tried to find out where they are - tracking asked me to pay for the APP. Nil contact from customer support when emailed - complete lack of service and contact, my order number is 24330 should someone from Soothing back like to contact me?
Absolute scam! Do not buy from this company! I ordered the shoes I wanted and paid and the order confirmation came back with shoes a different colour and size. I immediately emailed the company requesting a change to the order or a refund. Heard nothing back. I emailed again a couple of weeks later and once again did not get a reply. Fortunately I got my money back through a bank investigation. Shocking that companies like this are allowed to continue operating!
Zero stars would be more appropriate. Checked my sizing multiple times before ordering but received ones way too small. Upsold me to exchange for the correct size, took my money and wont respond or deliver on the goods. It’s a scam. Be careful! Dodgy and clearly not an Australian company - misleading and appalling business
Confusing as I thought I was ordering from Barefoot Shoes Aus. However the shoes arrived and I really love them. I’ve had them a couple of months and worn them a lot and so far no deterioration inside soles or outside. Really comfy. Good communication. However it does make me wonder who the company is as they’re not Australian and not Barefoot Shoe company.
I placed an order on 1 May of this year and received a confirmation email with incorrect size information on it.
I immediately replied to the confirmation email requesting the size be changed to the correct one. No response was received to that email.
On 3 May I used the “contact us” email address listed on their website to again try to get the issue resolved. Again there was no response to my email.
This company appears to be a dishonest, scam company that is not operating out of or based in Australia. They are however advertising and communicating with customers using the name ‘Barefoot Shoes Australia’ which is the name of a legitimate Australian business. This alone shows this company should not be trusted.
My order was paid for in good faith but has not been processed, nothing has shipped and the company is refusing to refund my money.
