Have bought from Jennings Ford before so went back again this time. Friendly, well informed staff. Not pushy at all. Plenty choice. Quick completion of sale, car ready when told it would be. Would buy from them again.

Good choice of vehicles. No pushy sales reps. Peter was very straightforward and not patronising towards female buyer.Will go back in 3 years for next purchase.

Initial enquiry and inspection of car well conducted by Chris. Informative, not pushy and all questions answered. Likewise purchase was dealt with efficiently and everything I had asked to be done to car was completed for agreed collection date. Car has not disappointed and I would recommend car and dealer alike.

Salesman was not pushy just gave us the facts. Very quick turnaround got the car we wanted at a good price

Having purchased the vehicle I noticed an unusual noise from the engine. I returned the car @ it turned out that the alternator needed replacing. this was quickly resolved however and I am now completely happy in the way Jennings responded.

It was a pleasure to buy our car from jennings south shields, and a pleasure to deal with Mark in sales. Unlike most dinosaur salesman still out there, it was refreshing to deal with someone who lives in the present and understands not all women are just passengers and some women know more about cars than their husband.

For once this was a car buying experience that I like. There were no pushy second hand car sales men trying to make you buy the car. The cars sell them self. I had the Car delivered and this was too a goo experience as it came on a flat bed and my old car taken away. It was all quick and simple. Everything was catered towards me. Even the delivery place and date. The only negative is the website is not kept up to date with there stock. But that is me just nit picking.
