Jenkins Property Arvostelua

Barbara at Jenkins was brilliant all the way through our sale and purchase. She was warm, friendly and very efficient, always keeping us informed.

We would highly recommend her, she has a great deal of experience and always there to advise.

For a first time buyers, I would recommend this excellent company.

Great company, true key professional from the first enquiry call to even after sale was completed. Christian was brilliant, always kept me up to date on progress, created a very professional listing and went over and above to help coordinate things.

Very pleased with the service
Always available to sort out any problems, and push the solicitors along when needed

Jenkins Property are a skilled team of agents under the leadership of Paul Jenkins. Over the past 5 years, they have supported me through the buying and selling of numerous properties. Time and again Paul and his team have proven themselves be trusted, highly knowledgable property experts. I would recommend Jenkins Property without reservation.

Jenkins Property are in my opinion and thoroughly professional organisation.
They provide excellent communication at all stages relative to a purchase and sale from the initial viewing, monitoring of the conveyancing solicitors performance during the conveyancing process, communication with lenders, local authorities through to exchange and ultimate completion.
All members of the team that include Paul Jenkins, Barbara Linnell and Christian Preedy are very honest, knowledgeable, kind and very caring.
I do not believe a finer Estate Agent organisation exists. I have dealt with them for over 14 months and have never experienced any negativity whatsoever.
They go far and beyond expectations to say the very least.

Sincerely

Gary K Kyriacou

Brilliant team... Worked really hard, couldn't do enough and sold our house in just over a week... No complaints here. Thank you to Barb and Christian for doing such a great job.

Did an excellent job house put on the market Monday sold stc Wednesday. Guided us through the sale purchase process with great professionalism

partially through my process using Jenkins for my property sale, nothing but good things to say about my experiences dealing with Paul, Christian and Barbara. Bounds of professionalism and market knowledge, and a commitment and honesty/directness rarely seen. would recommend to any of my friends or family looking to sell and that always says a lot I think.
