Jenkins Property Arvostelua

We have used Jenkins to help with the sale of two of our properties and I cannot recommend these amazing estate agents enough!! We found that quite a few estate agents sit back and just wait for the commission to come in! Jenkins go above and beyond what is expected, following up the progress of our sale, contacting solicitors to keep us informed until completion! Special praise to Barbara & Georgie! Wouldn’t use anyone else!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Jenkins were terrific, even as the buyer they made us feel like the client. We had complete trust in everything they said and made sure we were kept up to date with the progress of our purchase all the way through. We only managed to buy the property due to their proactiveness, after originally missing out on the viewing dates. We would like to thank them for making our move happen.
This was the first time we experienced Jenkins but certainly won’t be the last.

I would thoroughly recommend Jenkins Property as selling agent.
Barbara is amazing, a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. Everything we needed was done promptly and efficiently.

Barbara at Jenkins has been so kind, compassionate and easy to deal with. In a horrible pandemic and when struggling to find a home for my children. Honestly recommend Barbara at Jenkins if I ever sold again. Xx

We wouldn’t have found our perfect home without Barbara. There’s no doubt about it. This is the 2nd property we have purchased in two years so as you can imagine, we have dealt with countless big name estate agents in Brentwood and have by far had the best experience with jenkins. With the help of Georgie our purchase process was plain sailing and took only 8 weeks to complete even during lockdown. If we were to sell in the future, Jenkins Property would be my first choice. Highly recommend. Personable, professional, genuine, friendly and most importantly trustworthy. We can’t thank you enough Jenkins Property! Wishing you every success in the future.

We unfortunately lost out on our dream property 6 weeks ago when another buyer beat us to it. The buyer ended up pulling out of the sale (for their own reasons), and Barbara jumped on the phone with me immediately to let me know it was going back on the market and were we still interested. She was quick to set us up for another viewing, and shortly after our offer had been accepted!
We're first time buyers so we're new to the process, and Barbara has been excellent at guiding us through things so far. We really appreciate all that's she's done and would recommend her to everyone and anyone to work with! We're beyond thrilled that things worked out for us, and Barbara was a key component in making that happen. Thank you!!

Great service and very helpful staff especially Christian and Georgie. Amazing team!!

My husband and I are very satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency in which Paul Jenkins and his team dealt with the sale of our property.

Jenkins Property have always been responsive to my queries and assisted me throughout the negotiation, even during the challenging times of the pandemic.
Thank you

Jenkins Property you are the best, I am very happy for your services, 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emmie's knowledge, efficiency and experience are second to none. The whole procedure of finding the right tenants couldn't have gone smoother.
She just delivers.
Every single time!

Jenkins have been amazing, especially the lovely and extremely knowledgeable Barbara. Truly professional and honest. Couldn't have asked for better service and pricing.

We highly recommend Jenkins Property. Georgia and the team were very polite and helpful. And made the whole process easy and smooth.

My partner and I recently completed a house purchase with Jenkins and we were delighted with the service. Barbara initially showed us the property and Georgie was our main point of contact as we went through the process. Both were easily contactable by email / phone kept us informed each step of the way and gave continued guidance and support. It has been a pleasure working with Barbara, Georgie and we would not hesitate to recommend them both and Jenkins.

Jenkins Property provided a fantastic Service. We were delighted with the pictures of our property and the virtual tour really made us stand out from the competition - our house sold within 2 days of being on the market. Having Jenkins conduct viewings for us as part of the price was also really convenient and easy for us. Barbara was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with some really sound advice during negotiations on our sale and also our onward purchase. We had a dedicated person manage all of our sale process, communicating clearly with us and our buyers which took the stress out of every step.

We were extremely pleased with the service we were provided by Barbara and Georgie.

They were always happy to assist with any questions that arose and kept us in the loop at all times.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A Hidden Gem 💎 in Brentwood

I would wholeheartedly recommend this very professional company. From beginning to exchange I have been very happy.

My initial instinct was - I would prefer to sell my property through a smaller independent agency rather than a large chain. My thoughts were that the whole experience would feel more bespoke. I was spot on. Thank Jenkins Property and Georgie your a ⭐️ You cannot beat a personal service and they delivered that.

As a family we were very impressed with the service Jenkins Property provided in the sale of our property. From our first contact we were impressed with the level of personal attention given at every step of the process. Advice regarding preparing the property for sale was very good and in this particularly difficult Covid 19 year it was reassuring to have each viewing immediately reported back to us. We were not left wondering as to the outcome and we felt viewings were carried out very safely. Advice and negotiations regarding the sale price were carried out very smoothly. We were provided with information as requested and the team followed through the steps in the sale very smoothly advising us as they progressed. Our experience of Jenkins Property was one of personal attention, professionalism and we would highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Jenkins Property, as they are professional, polite and courteous every time. We have been renting for Jenkins for almost 3 years and we are so happy to be with them, Emmie and Rob were always there for us for everything and anytime. Emmie has made those big things of moving in and out so easy and no stress especially now with all this COVID-19.
Have no doubts about using this estate agent you will not be disappointed.
