Efficient service
Ordered a fridge freezer on JC Campbells website on Friday.I received a e- mail on the same day stating the freezer wasn’t in stock & they would order it in for me. I then received a telephone call the following Monday from JC Campbells delivery driver,,saying the freezer was ready for delivery. Very efficient service & very reasonable priced. I would recommend 😊

You were initially directed to Dyson as the manufacturer, as they have specialist knowledge of their own appliances and are best placed to troubleshoot faults and advise on the most appropriate solution.
Had Dyson been unable to resolve the issue or determined that the appliance was beyond economical repair, they would have referred you back to us. At that stage, we would have arranged for the faulty appliance to be returned and provided you with a replacement.
We appreciate that this process may not have been what you expected, but our aim was to find the quickest and most appropriate solution for you. Where replacing a single part can resolve an issue, we believe this is a more environmentally friendly approach than replacing an entire appliance unnecessarily.
We hope this helps to clarify why you were directed to Dyson initially, and we’re sorry for any frustration or inconvenience caused.
