They had what we needed in stock.
They had what we needed (specific model oven) in stock, and delivery was free (even to here in Wales). The buying process was easy. However, it arrived damaged (the damage was quite obvious from the packaging) and had to be immediately sent back on the delivery van. The good news is they were very responsive in getting another shipped to us very quickly, without any hassle. I would certainly buy from them again.

With reference to your 1-star review of J C Campbell Electrics, we would like to sincerely apologise for the frustration and disappointment caused, particularly as the item was intended as a birthday gift for your friend. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been when we were unable to fulfil your order as expected.
We would like to reassure you that there was absolutely no intention to mislead you. On occasion, we accept orders for items that we do not physically hold in our own warehouse when our supplier confirms that they are available and we are normally able to obtain and dispatch them promptly.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, the item was showing as available with our supplier when you placed your order, but it subsequently went out of stock before we were able to fulfil it. We appreciate how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, particularly given that the item was intended as a birthday gift, and we are very sorry that we let you down.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, the product was removed from our website to prevent any further orders from being placed for an item we were unable to supply.
We are pleased to hear that you were able to find a suitable alternative in time for your friend’s birthday, although we appreciate that this should not have been necessary and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment and frustration caused. We genuinely regret that on this occasion we were unable to provide the level of service we aim to deliver to all our customers.
