I have been with this company on an annual membership for many years and I have nothing but praise for the way in which all the employees - whether gas service men, electricians or plumbers - have provided excellent work.
Booking process is easy. Receptionists are polite, friendly, helpful.

KWOK was respectful and curtious and went about his work efficently.

The engineer obviously like their jobs because they are always friendly and very hard working

At every stage of the process, I was kept advised by email, text and WhatsApp about the time and date of the appointment, also giving me the option to cancel or reschedule.
On the day of the appointment, although the window was 'PM', I received a message to let me know the engineer was en route and would be with me soon.
When he arrived, he was polite and professional and carried out the job with no issues or hassle.
