Ordered a jacket for my son which should have been in plenty of time for Christmas. Experience much like the others, poorly worded emails saying about to be dispatched when I nudged. Then said I hadn’t given correct address, delaying. Said would take 20% off full refund as it had been made already? Decided to go through PayPal as a dispute. So glad I did-full refund from PayPal in 3 days. Excellent service from PayPal, but Jacketars is a dishonest and terrible company.

Ordered in November, still says awaiting dispatch, not replying to emails. Avoid at all costs!!

Opeens konden ze reageren dat ik het geschil moest stopzetten en er een screen van nemen dat ze het dan direct gingen opsturen en ik er een extra hoodie bijkreeg . Gelukkig niet gedaan en heb mijn centen via paypall teruggekregen .

The absolute worse. Asked to return my item which was horrible quality and they offered partial refund instead. Have been waiting over a month and now they are ignoring my emails. Infuriating and deceptive - do not order from them!

Did not deliver. And will not refund even though they have not dispatched item. Unfortunately I did not read reviews before placing order. This company sends update emails on orders which makes you believe it is legit but then they do not dispatch the item. Website looks impressive and not like a scam but in emails the English and grammar are poor which is big red flag.

Do not buy there! This is a fake store!!!

Thank you for all the low score reviews .I was unsure about the company and had wanted to buy 2 items for my wife-im glad I came hear as too luckily did not buy anything but wanted to subscribe and used my email but could not get it to work. I noticed the 5stars all came in around march and April this year.i too have experienced this in the past so feel for those who got caught up in it.thank you again for warning. I ordered a Captain america Jacket for halloween, and paid for the expedited shipping to make sure it would arrive in time for halloween. I did not. the guarantee was 8-10 business days. It's been 16 days since I ordered, and 12 business days. So it should have been here. I wouldn't be so upset if I had done the free shipping, but if you are going to charge $40 bucks for expedited shipping you better followthrough. Also their customer service is a joke. I've tried to use the websites contact system, and I could never get it to work. Maybe I was wrong about this company and they are just a low life scamming website. Order at your own risk.

They scammed me, I chose a gray sweatshirt and they sent it to me white. They said I had to pay the return costs since it was my mistake. I sent proof that my order said gray and they sent me white. Then they stopped answering my emails.

I bought a hoodie that was supposed to be Louis Vuitton and I paid 189USD for it they sent me a crappy hoodie that is not even cotton and may be worth maybe less than 10USD

Ordered a NY baseball jacket in December last year.
They send make a complete fake version over which I had to pay express delivery and import duties.
They promised to replace it.
Never had a proper answer for a new delivery date ever since.
COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY!!!!

I recently bought a leather jacket from jacketars and i am extremely satisfied with my purchase. the jacket is made of high-quality material and is very durable. it is also very stylish and i receive a lot of compliments whenever i wear it. the sizing was accurate and the jacket fits me perfectly. i also appreciated the fast shipping and excellent customer service from this company. i will come again for more in the future.

Do not buy from these scam artists, item will arrive in awful quality not even matching the description. They will try to offer you refund if you post item back but will provide an address with “behind mall” as part of the delivery address, quite clearly will never arrive. Item arrives showing its entire cost isn’t even £30 but will try to charge you over £100

Scam artist. Thankfully I know enough about selling online to trip the guy up. He’s currently being investigated by my bank, paypal, action fraud, the ncsc, his web host and the authorities in Pakistan, who from what the gentleman on the phone said to me, have quite strict rules on theft and deceit.
