My experience with iWarranty has been absolutely terrible from start to finish. I bought their mechanical warranty expecting peace of mind, but when my car actually broke down, they were nowhere to be found.

For three days straight, I tried calling their claims team. Every time I selected the option for a new claim, the phone system would hang up on me. No one answered, no support, no guidance, nothing.

Because they never picked up the phone, I had to pay an authorised mechanic to diagnose the issue myself. The problem was clearly related to essential engine components, yet this warranty company still refuses to take responsibility. To make things worse, the part needed is not even available in Australia due to the car being an import, something both the dealer and iWarranty should have disclosed before selling me this useless warranty.

When I finally requested to cancel the warranty, they informed me there would be no refund for the remaining unused period — even though I still have 2.2 years left. That is outrageous. I paid for peace of mind and received absolutely nothing in return.

This company has ripped me off. Their service is non-existent, their coverage is misleading, and their attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

My honest advice: DO NOT buy any warranty from iWarranty.
Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the stress. I wish I had never signed up with them.

Without doubt this is the worst warranty and do not waste your money. I was told when purchasing my car that it was an extended Toyota warranty. I made it clear as part of my terms of sale that i would be servicing the car myself as im a qualified mechanic of over 35 years in the trade. The dealer had no issue and the car was purchased. Come to find out when an electronic module failed that this mob denied the claim due to i had not had the car serviced at a dealer. The missed dates were that they claimed were before i had taken ownership which they admitted their mistake but still denied they claim. They also admitted that no amount of service would have prevented the electronic failure but still denied but did offer around a grand as goodwill on a 7 grand repair. They questioned the repair cost quote and suggested i use parts from some dodgy ebay or something rather than genuine toyota.
My advice is to avoid this mob at all cost!

This warranty is an absolute joke. Total garbage. It does NOTHING when you actually need help

Atrocious customer service. Have been trying for days to get a list of approved repairers. Between being told it would be sent through, (nothing!), following up to be put through to other departments and cut off, calling again and requesting a call back which never came, to calling again and being talked over while trying to explain what i was even calling for, I would say do not deal with this company. Not sure how car dealerships can feel good about selling this product. Do not recommend.

This "warranty" is deceptive and misleading. It is not an insurance product or a warranty. Visit AFCA and Facebook under the title Integrity Warranty Scam and you'll see hundreds upon hundreds of complaints. THis company takes your money and rejects the majority of claims. When you read their document carefully you'll see the parts they cover are extremely limited. They then make you pay to have a diagnosis even though your mechanic has identified the problem. They then find ANY way to reject the claim. If disputed they might eventually agree to second hand parts (rejecting labour and other parts/costs). 90% or more of claims I suspect are rejected. If they can prove otherwise then I'll eat my words or retract the statement. An absolutely horrible company to deal with. Working together with Used Car Dealers to scam thousands of dollars with knowledge they rarely pay out anything close to the alleged level of warranty.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I read a previous review regarding their name "integrity" - I wholeheartedly agree with that review.

This is not an insurance company and I have no idea why they would use the word integrity in their name. They will find excuses not to pay their side. Avoid.

Absolute warranty, is absolute garbage! I was sold on the warranty in the belief that it was the same as a 'new car warranty' but has proven to be anything but. As soon as I attempted to make a claim on my heated seat failing, they approved only the cost of the part from a wrecker, but will not pay for the diagnosis, or the programming for the module once installed - leaving me a further $800 out of pocket. They will also not cover warranty for the seat pad either, which if that is not functioning will be further out of pocket expense for myself.

If you're at a dealer and see the iwarranty or Integrity Warranty stuff plastered around their showroom, RUN and don't look back!

They are nothing but a bunch of scammers who promise the world and deliver nothing in fine print.

Worst company ever. Don’t waste a single dollar here. I serviced my car every 5,000km and when I needed a claim, they flat out refused, hiding behind excuses like ‘manufacturer’s defect.’ They’ll happily take your money but will NEVER pay out. Stay away — this place is a scam.

Complete waste of time and money. Didnt give us a rental car and made us pay out of pocket

Shocks needed replacing. Mechanic went throughout the warranty and it said it would be covered. Got lots of excuses that it's not covered. Scam company.

Please stay away from iwarranty.
They refused to pay out on a faulty power steering pump because I was a couple of months over on the scheduled service but nearly 6ooo km under. They rang the mechanic and questioned his report trying to blame me for the faulty pump. Do not listen to car dealers who peddle this scam. They are just as much to blame. Also never bring your wife when buying a car.

When I purchased the car and was suckered into this supposed amazing warranty I was promised cover from front bumper to rear bumper..
upon lodging a couple of claims which they rejected I had nothing but issues and disgusting service from them. How they use the word “INTEGRITY” is beyond a joke, they are far from that… I tried cancelling the warranty when my car had been stolen and requested a refund as I no longer have a car that needs a useless warranty they refused to refund me.
Absolute disgrace of a company that prays on innocent customers. Promises the world and delivers nothing, and if and when they do cover something they demand that it’s done the cheapest way possible preferably with second hand parts. And that I was informed of by big name dealers that will no longer use there services or lack of…
Save your money and don’t get sucked in..

terrible service always excuses, had an issue with my gearbox overheating was told that the specific part inside the gearbox that was the issue was not covered. ended up costing $2000 to repair DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY

The service has been quite disappointing. It feels like the terms and conditions are used in a way that makes it difficult to make a successful claim.

I'm appalled and feel cheated.

The people at iWarranty are lovely. It's just such a shame that their product represents bad value and their policies are non-refundable if you sell the vehicle and wish to cancel. The one time that I made a claim, they made life hell for my mechanic, then used cross-interrogation techniques on both of us.

A pretty ordinary product with tricks and traps and no refund on the unused portion of the policy. I sold my vehicle six months into a five year ($1660.00) policy due to a change in my circumstances, and will get nothing if I cancel.

Never again.

So we go to a mechanic for a quote on the job, and tell him we've got warrwnty with these guys. We look for a cheaper quote in the meantime, but it appears that the first mechanic continues conversations with them pretending he has carried out the job and gets the payout. We were not consulted at all of course, even though WE are the policy holders! A mechanic just sent them an invoice for nothing and they paid him out! When we carry out the repairs with someone else, and claim the money, we find out about all this, and the answer is: we ASSUMED the job was done,we are not going to issue the payment again to the right mechanic. Wow.

Claim denied as EGR valve which returns exhaust gas to the motor is not part of engine or cooling system, its attached to the engine and returns gas to the carburettor.

better to save your money as these policies have no value
