The worst place to have to deal with. No compassion, terrible customer service, and never approve any claims because they find a new reason to knock it back. Wouldn't recommend anyone waste their money with this warranty.

Paid 11k for Absolute level 4 warranty which in the contract states I can claim up to the value on my car per year. Had a OEM part fail and they would only cover for a cheap aftermarket replacement they deemed was good enough. After this I wanted to cancel and was told that I will lose my entire 11k warranty which was paid for in advance, NO PRO RATA.
Absolute scam. Do not buy. They are thieves

WORST COMPANY EVERY. They do not answer calls, they denied my warranty claim for coolant even though it is the main listed part under coolant and when I asked they just denied it

took them more than 2 weeks just to say "no"!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE. Highly unethical business. This company denied a claim for a alternator which failed because a service was missed 2 years prior by 1000km. I have spoken to a couple of mechanics and they all confirmed this would have not have caused a failed alternator and clearly looks like they are doing everything possible not to pay out and likely their staff are incentivised when claims are denied. Not only that, they not said my warranty is no longer valid unless I get a full vehicle inspection signed and returned to them to reinstate which will likely cost me another few hundred dollars. Unethical company and all I can hope is the Karma train comes rolling through.

We payed over 8k for engine protection for our Jaguar f pace . Was all serviced at regular as required service times .
The engine started to make a knock , and was in at the mechanics for a period of time waiting assessing and response from integrity . They completely shut our policy down because it wasn't serviced whilst it was broken down ! do not buy this warranty is a total scam . There is no integrity . The recognised the fault they had made after many painful back and forths. At the end they agreed to pay 8k towards the mechanic to fix what as ~30k $ engine repair. We walked away from the vehicle as there wasnt 30k value left in the vehicle. This company is scum a

If you want to get ripped off this is the company for you. They will take your money tricking you with glossy pamphlet with unlimited claims. But when it comes down to actually getting a claim approved you shit out of luck. Nothing get approved and if you want cancel you warranty and get a refund for your remaining years well thats ok but the remainder of the two years paid upfront doesn't get refunded they keep it and laugh all the way to the bank. Modern day scam that ACCC just let's happen.

My 18 year old son bought his first vehicle from a dealer August 2025 and they highly recommended integrity promising that be a piece of mind if there is issue with the vehicle and paid 3 year warranty nearly $4k, today my son wanted to trade his vehicle and ask for a pro rata refund and was refused, how could they not pro rata the unused balance to him, there is still 2 years left on the warranty, he might have to now keep his car and hopefully integrity pay for any claim in that 2 years,,, however after reading all the negative review, I hope it’s not true they will not cover mechanical problems if needed in the next 2 years,, getting worry, he have escalated this and even might have to lodge a complaint that he was not explain by dealer that there is no refund, this should be told up front so buyers can made a decision if this is the right policy to purchase, if they out to scam that’s how they do it, be careful anyone buying warranty

They didn't cover anything for an engine replacement. Total waste of money paying extra for an extended Warranty. Avoid them at all costs, they're hopeless.

I would give this provider a zero.

I was told by the dealer that European Cars have issues and that the extended warranty would cover anything after the manufacturer’s warranty ended. However, when I had a problem, I was told it wasn’t covered—even though others have reported the same issue being accepted under the original manufacturer's warranty.

I was denied the claim and given multiple different reasons (in total, four different explanations). None of them felt consistent or fair.

On top of that, there is one clause—“fair wear and tear”—that makes the warranty essentially worthless. It appears they can use this wording to deny virtually any claim.

I also read other customer comments about repairs involving used parts after agreements had been made, and those comments align with my experience.

Overall, this feels like a scam and not a genuine warranty.

Zero Star for TERRIBLE & PATHETIC SERVICES by Integrity Warranty Extremely poor, frustrating and unacceptable experience with Integrity Services. I purchased an extended warranty in good faith and made sure I complied with the required servicing conditions. When my car became immobilised because of a faulty starter motor, which I was advised is a covered component, I expected the warranty company to do exactly what I paid them to do — assess and process the claim fairly.

Instead, I have experienced nothing but delays, unnecessary back-and-forth and what feels like an attempt to avoid dealing with the claim.

Yesterday, I had my immobilised car towed to my mechanic. Integrity Services spoke directly with the workshop, and a detailed repair quote was provided to them yesterday evening with the requested information.

Then, this morning, I was suddenly instructed to take the car to Cair Auto Spark. I had already contacted Cair Auto Spark yesterday and was told they had no availability for the next few days. This was communicated to Integrity Services, and their team subsequently confirmed that the vehicle could remain at my own workshop and that an itemised quote from my mechanic was required.

That quote was provided.

Yet the claim was still not properly resolved.

My car has now been immobilised for days, I have been left without transport, and I have been forced to repeatedly deal with changing requirements despite already providing the information requested.

If this is what happens when you actually need to make a claim, then what exactly are customers paying for?

I paid for an extended warranty because I wanted protection against situations exactly like this. I fulfilled my obligations, maintained the vehicle and provided the requested documentation. When it came time for Integrity Services to fulfil its side of the agreement, the experience became an exhausting exercise of delays and obstacles.

Ultimately, because I could not continue being without my vehicle, I had to pay the entire repair bill out of my own pocket.

This is completely unacceptable.

I will be escalating this matter to senior management and the relevant regulator. I will also be keeping a full record of the communications, quotes and timeline of events.

Potential customers should think very carefully before paying for an extended warranty with this company. My experience has been that getting the warranty is easy — getting assistance when you actually need it is a completely different story.

I am extremely disappointed and feel completely let down as a paying customer.

INTEGRITY SERVICES — I expect you to contact me and properly address this matter.

I was sold on "extended warranty" so you don't have to worry for the next 5 years. Absolute lies. Water pump dies and I'm told its $2,200 to fix it, I thought they would cover, no, apparently heat damage isn't covered heat damage which cause the gasket to fail. Makes me so mad, the whole point of having insurance is to have a worry free experience knowing its covered if some issue occurs. Absolutely pissed off. Avoid at all costs, I would never buy a warranty policy from here. It's patched cover, only certain things are covered in a certain way.

I paid approximately $3,600 to cover parts, and they were incredibly happy to take my money upfront. However, they completely changed their tune when I actually put in a claim. How can these corporations be legally allowed to take our hard-earned money and get away with it? It feels like an absolute scam.
Bogus excuses: They weaponised a missed servicing history as a convenient excuse not to replace parts.
Zero real customer service: There is no genuine support line. All correspondence is strictly hidden behind impersonal emails.
Hidden exclusions: Critical components that you actually expect to be covered are stripped away by minor fine-print technicalities.

Final Verdict They gladly pocket your cash when you buy the policy, but the coverage is virtually useless when a breakdown happens. Save your money, skip this useless add-on, and put that cash into a private repair fund instead.

Had my claim denied because apprently the turbo clamps weren't tight and that caused dirt and debris to get into the turbo mind you i only just bought this car so I haven't touched anything on it took it to the repairer they told me to and he said that this is the cause but he didnt pull anything apart to look at it just tightened 2 clamps and told me to call him in a week if the car is still playing up.

**Extremely disappointing experience with Integrity Warranty**

I purchased an Integrity extended warranty believing it would provide some protection if something went wrong with my Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately, when I actually needed to make a claim, the warranty provided little to no meaningful assistance and I was left paying approximately $2,000 out of my own pocket for the repair.

I tried repeatedly to resolve the matter directly with Integrity, but the process involved delays, missed follow-ups and a lack of accountability. I ultimately had to escalate the complaint through the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) before any real resolution was reached.

After going through that process, Integrity eventually agreed to refund me $1,050. Even then, the payment was delayed because of what they described as an internal misunderstanding about who was responsible for arranging it.

In my experience, the warranty did not provide the protection or peace of mind I believed I was purchasing. The fact that I had to spend so much time chasing the matter and escalate it through AFCA just to recover around half of my repair costs was extremely frustrating.

I would not purchase another warranty from Integrity. I strongly recommend that anyone considering one carefully read every exclusion, claim limit and condition, and do not rely solely on how the warranty is described when it is being sold.

This review reflects my personal experience and the outcome of my complaint.

I purchased a car just four months ago and have experienced ongoing issues ever since. Despite having warranty coverage, every single claim I have submitted has been denied.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend doing your research before relying on their warranty coverage. It has provided me with no meaningful protection when I’ve actually needed it.

Very disappointing experience, and definitely something I wish I had known before purchasing.
