Brilliant service!

I ordered a renewed Ipad about 3pm last Thursday expecting it to arrive the following week.It arrived 8.30am next morning!
The item itself is exactly as described-excellent condition.

Don't trust this company.

Although the iMac I received it was in good condition, I was sent the wrong iMac, password protected and it wasn't reset to original factory settings, it had data from a previous owner and/or user.

The whole process of returning and being refunded took about 3 weeks.
Thankfully I was protected by Amazon's policy.

This seller is both unethical and unprofessional and you will be asked to write good reviews to extend the item's warrantee.

I don't recommend.

Brand New Computer

I bought a renewed computer but it doesn't look an used computer at all! It seems to be a brand new machine! It works perfectly and arrived a few days prior the schedule.

Have been waiting 8 months for a…

Have been waiting 8 months for a refunds. Emailed countless times and have had to report now due to still no reply. The item was not as advertised and to top it off no refund after 8 months.

Good

I needed a laptop for my studies, I wanted a Mac but being a student I couldn't afford a new one. I bought a MacBook Pro from IT Trade, but I didn't know what to expect. I am glad I did. I received the computer promptly, very well packed and protected. The Mac was in a very good condition and clean. It works well. I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm a returning customer

I'm a returning customer from years previously because they provided such a throughout and trusting service the first time. I didn't even know if the company was still going but was pleased to find they were so knew I could checkout immediately with the reassurance that I would receive the product as listed. Will recommend to others too.

I bought the one week before last which shipped direct to my client and arrived on the bank holiday weekend !
we're very impressed
