Macbook charger not working

Ordered a Macbook through Wowcher, it came with a charger that doesn’t work. Macbook is refurbished but paint job is scratched in some places showing the silver original colour. Very unhappy with service.

Do not order from this company

This company currently have taken my money and are refusing to pay back.

The computer arrived with a smashed screen and is unusable.

I have reported them to Trading Standards and am raising a complaint with PayPal.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The absolute worst customer service I…

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Total refusal to cooperate with me, offer any sort of help or any solution to the issue. They sent me a faulty product and an incorrect returns label - and are now keeping £400 of my money and refusing they are at any fault - despite it being their label. Due to the fact they've wasted so much of my time, I now have no other option to get my money back than taking further legal action - which I will be doing.

I cannot state how disgraceful this company is and I would recommend others avoid at all costs.

Outstanding service

I was a little dubious about buying a refurbished MacBook but IT Trade Services have exceeded my expectations in every way. The MacBook looks brand new and works like a dream. I was also blown away by the speed of which they delivered my item. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered until the end of the week and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected. Thanks guys!

1 Star too good for these guys. I'd give it a minus 5 if i could.

Not the computer as the picture. They won't give me a returns label, they never answer phone. I'm not paying postage when I have paid nearly £400 for it. I Will never use them again and I advise others to never use this place. Reported to advertising agency for misleading advert.

Bought an imac through wowcher.co.uk

Bought an imac through wowcher.co.uk, got it in October 2021, for a Xmas present for my autistic daughter, as its the only way she will communicate with others. It got dreaded white screen this month Feb 2022. They won't give me a returns label, they never answer phone. I'm not paying postage when I have paid nearly £400 for pc. Will never use these again and I advise others to never use this place.

i ordered a Mac book air refurbished…

i ordered a Mac book air refurbished and it arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated which was great. The product was exactly as they stated it would be and looks brand new except for a tiny mark. it started up perfectly and works extremely well. My first ever mac and very pleased so far with the product. would definitely use this company again if i ever needed more kit.

Fast delivery, excellent refurbished laptop

Ordered a refurbished Macbook Air via Amazon for my daughter schoolwork: delivery arrived even earlier than expected, and the laptop appears to be in excellent condition, battery life included. A plus is that the OS installed is actually more recent than what was stated on the Amazon page, so I didn't have to go through the trouble of updating it myself. I could just hand off the laptop to my daughter and be done.
