Following the hair transplant procedure performed at our clinic on February 13, 2023, regarding the dissatisfaction you expressed, all verbal and written communications with you were reviewed, and we assured you that we would assist you in every way possible. However, no response was received from you for an extended period.
Despite your written and verbal remarks containing insults and threats directed at our staff and institution, you were hosted by our clinic’s management during the summer. Copies of the treatment and result information forms, signed by you, were personally handed to you. Furthermore, despite your inappropriate behavior, we offered to revise your treatment. You expressed your gratitude for this offer, stated that you would consider it and respond, and also apologized for your previous behavior.This meeting was conducted in a room equipped with video recording.
However, despite all our good-faith efforts, your inappropriate behavior has escalated to the level of threats and harassment. Moving forward, our legal team has been authorized to handle this matter. The relevant audio and video recordings that we made on consultation room have been forwarded to our legal department. Also all your communications have been documented and forwarded to our legal department too.

i bought the all inclusive paket and can say that i am happy with the first week after hair transplant. everything was fine, shuttle service, clinic and the workers. also a big thanks to mr. hüseyin for the help. i cant wait to see my results month for month

Went for hair transplantation. Paid extra for what they said would provide extra thickness and would be perfect result. After 1,5 year neaded to do an extra operation elsewhere because of the bad result and they wouldnt make it right. Also the nurses where watching tv while operating me and they didnt explain nothing to me about the aftercare. Had to look up everyrhing by myself. The 'hotel' they put me in wasnt clean and the driver who made their transfers looked like he was enoyed by his bosses too. Big contrast with the clinic i went afterwarts: Haarwonder
As you can see downstairs they contacted me after to find a solution, after i contacted them many times to say i wasnt happy with their result.
They didnt even knew when i came, which says a lot

Zunächst wurde ich von Herrn Burhan über alle Details telefonisch wie auch mit Bildern via WhatsApp aufgeklärt.Es war sehr aufschlussreich und professionell.Herr Burhan hat mir Frau Büsra zugewiesen, die eine hervorragende Arbeit mit Ihren Teamkollegen geleistet hat.ich habe mich während der Zeit meiner Transplantation in der Klinik in besten Händen gefühlt und bereue keine Sekunde, mich für diese Klinik entschieden zu haben.Hiermit nochmal ein Dankeschön für Edda gesamte Team und besonders an Herrn Burhan und Frau büsra.

Ich hatte am 23.0.23 eine Haartransplantation in der Isvec Klinik und bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Die Werbung für die Klinik hatte ich im Internet gesehen und es hatte mich angesprochen. Ohne viel recherchieren habe ich mich mit den geeinigt eine Tranplantation durchzuführen. Bis zu Transplantation war mein Ansprechpartner Gökhan mit mir in Kontakt. Ich hatte im Internet Bilder von der Klinik gesehen und war geschockt als ich vor Ort war, denn es war eine gemietete Etage mit 8-9 zimmern. Die haben mich empfangen und haben mich in einem Raum gebracht um meinen Blutdruck zu messen,aber das Gerät hat nicht funktioniert. Dann haben die mir Blut abgenommen,das Ergebnis war in 15 Minuten da,was ich auch nicht mehr glaube. Meinen Ansprechpartner Gökhan habe ich auch nie gesehen,ich denke er arbeitet im Home Office. Dann kamen die Damen die, die Transplantation durchführen sollten. Ich dachte eine von ihnen wäre eine Ärztin,doch da waren nicht mal Ärzte sondern nur Kraneknschwestern und Pfleger. Ich wurde direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt und ohne vorher ins Hotel zu gehen in den OP gebracht. Ich konnte mich weder frisch machen noch umziehen. Es war für mich eine stressige Operation. Obwohl ich nach der OP einen Transfer ins Hotel hatte,wurde ich nichts ins Hotel gebracht. Während der OP wurde ich sogar bis zur Toilette begleitet,doch nach der OP sollte ich den Weg ins Hotel alleine mit dem Koffer gehen. Lächerlich! Und mir wurde noch zusätzlich gesagt ich solle nichts schweres heben. Ich hätte auf dem Weg hinfallen können! Keiner hat gefragt wie es mir geht. In der Nacht hatte ich hohes Fieber. Ich habe meinen Ansprechpartner Gökhan geschrieben und angerufen doch keine Antwort erhalten. Und bis jetzt hat sich keiner gemeldet um nach mir zu fragen. Diese Menschen sind Makler,denn außer eine Haartransplantation bieten die nichts an! Die anderen OP's werden durch andere Kliniken gemacht und nicht durch die Isvec Klinik. Ich rate niemanden sich in dieser Klinik operieren zu lassen! Meine Haartransplantation hat mich gar nicht gefallen. Es wurde nicht so gemacht,wie ich es wollte,sonder wie die Krankenschwester Aleyna es wollte! Ich fühle mich im Moment sehr schlecht und werde nach 6 Monaten zu einem richtigen Arzt gehen,um eine erneute erfolgreiche Haartransplantation durchführen zu können. Finger weg von dieser Klinik und von solchen Betrügern!
23.0.23 tarihinde İsvec klinikte saç ekimi yaptırdım ve hiç memnun kalmadım. İnternette kliniğin reklamını görmüştüm ve ilgimi çekmişti. Fazla araştırma yapmadan kendileriyle nakil yapılması konusunda anlaştım. İrtibat kişim Gökhan, nakil olana kadar benimle iletişim halindeydi. Kliniğin fotoğraflarını internette görmüştüm ve oradayken şok oldum çünkü 8-9 odalı kiralık bir kattı. Beni aldılar ve tansiyonumu ölçmek için bir odaya götürdüler ama cihaz çalışmadı. Daha sonra kanımı aldılar ve sonuç 15 dakikada geldi, yasadiklarimdan sonra söylenilen kan sonuclarinada artık inanamıyorum. İrtibat kişim Gökhan'ı da hiç görmedim, sanırım home office çalışıyor. Sonra nakli yapması gereken hanımlar geldi. Birinin doktor olduğunu sanıyordum ama doktor bile yoktu, sadece hemşireler vardı. Otele gitmeme gerek kalmadan doğrudan havaalanından alındım ve ameliyathaneye götürüldüm. Ne tazelenebildim ne de üzerimi değişebildim. Benim için stresli bir operasyondu. Ameliyattan sonra otele transfer olmama rağmen otele götürülmedim. Ameliyat sırasında tuvalete kadar bile eşlik edildim ama ameliyattan sonra bavulumla tek başıma 12 dak yolu otele yayan gitmemi söylediler. Saçma! Ayrıca ağır bir şey kaldırmamam söylendi. Yolda düşebilirdim! Kimse nasıl olduğumu sormadı. Gece boyunca yüksek ateşim vardı. Kontağım Gökhan'a yazıp aradım ama cevap alamadım. Ve şimdiye kadar kimse beni sormak için ulaşmadı. Bu insanlar komisyoncu çünkü saç ekimi dışında hiçbir şey sunmuyorlar! Diğer ameliyatlar İsçev Kliniği tarafından değil, başka klinikler tarafından yapılmaktadır. Kimseye bu klinikte ameliyat olmasını tavsiye etmiyorum! Saç ekimimi hiç beğenmedim. Benim istediğim gibi yapılmadı, Aleyna Hemşire'nin istediği gibi yapıldı! Şu anda kendimi çok kötü hissediyorum ve 6 ay sonra başarılı bir saç ekimi daha yapmak için gerçek bir doktora gideceğim. Bu klinikten ve bunun gibi dolandırıcılardan uzak durun!
Kaybettigim zamana ve paraya yazik.
Bugun 03.04 23 ve ben 10 gun sobra saç yikamami gerceklesdirdim, Youtube uzerinden videolara izleyerek yapdim. 1 yillik danismanlik hizmeti olmasina ragmen ne ariyan var ne soran. Hakkimida Pyramide helal etmiyorum

23.03.2023 tarihinde saç ekim operasyonunuzu gerçekleştirdiniz. Operasyon öncesinde, saç ekiminin nasıl yapılacağına dair detaylı bilgi tarafınıza iletilmiş ve imzalı onayınız alınmıştır. İsveç Klinik olarak operasyonu gerçekleştirdiğimiz yer, tamamen kendi tesisimizdir. Kiralık olduğundan bahsettiğiniz durum, yalnızca bazı odalarımızın anlaşmalı olduğumuz firmalara kiralanmasından kaynaklanmaktadır.
Takdir edersiniz ki operasyon öncesinde zaman zaman cihazların çalışmaması gibi teknik aksaklıklar yaşanabilmektedir. Saç ekimi işlemini gerçekleştiren ekip, sertifikalı uzman sağlık çalışanlarından oluşmaktadır. Saç ekim doktoru gibi bir durum yada uzmanlık söz konusu değildir.
Diğer operasyonlarımız, yıllardır anlaşmalı olduğumuz yerlerde yapılmaktadır ve tüm bu işlemler İsveç markasının güvencesi altındadır.
Ancak, karşılıklı anlayış ve iş birliği içinde bir çözüm bulmayı arzu ederiz.
