Very low battery

I have purchased 2 x icX5's recently, they were both christmas presents 12 months apart,the second one I purchased in Dec 25, performs at half the speed as the first, I have lost count how many times I have spoken to them,sent videos that they say they have not received, contacted global support and no reply,
Absolutely appalling customer service,as other reviews waiting for management to phone,I asked them to copy Me into the emails sent to management but declined as they said it was not allowed,
Last time I buy anything from them,avoid them as all the bad feedback is true

My brother brought an iscooter I9 about 4 months ago, it has racked up 650 miles over these 4 months, one day, fault 21 showed which corresponds to BMS (battery management system) failure, 2 year warranty was ordered as well, there is next to no after sales support as they take 2-4 weeks to respond to a simple email, still haven’t replied since the proof they ASKED FOR has been sent, that’s over 2 weeks by now, don’t recommend buying.

Avoid at all cost bought my son a IX7 pro scooter he received this on Christmas Day by febuary the scooter was broken after back and forth emails multiple videos photos and endless phone calls it’s not July and my son still has no scooter. Asked numerous times to return the scooter and a full refund to be given. Still no refund or return available all I am told is someone from management will call me and still no call. Would never use this company again absolutely appalling!!

I recently purchased an ix5 iscooter & had no problem with the purchase or delivery which was very good . I was really pleased with the scooter but i had a slight with the folding latch & could not secure it properly . I believe I didn’t help matters by trying to adjust it without checking first . I got in touch with the support team & I have to say that from that moment onwards they couldn’t have been more helpful , they kept in constant contact , gave me advise & even removed a part from another scooter & sent it to me so I could have it replaced . So a very big thank you to all at iscooter support especially Carl , I really am very grateful for your help & love my Ix5 . Doing a great job well done & thanks again.

Chinese company selling crap with no after sales support. They are not even a real uk company just a company in china sending stuff over here. Do not buy from these guys

Well my delivery was on time it was delivered safe my package was not damage overall I was satisfy with the service of the delivery of my scooter I will recommend all the time thanks

Wouldn't advice anyone to waste their money on an iscooter. I've bought 2. The first work was broken in less than a year, the second one was ix7 pro and broke in under 6 months. They refused to give me a refund, I had nothing but hassle trying to return it to get fixed. I reluctantly had to take it back but it's never been right since. Don't waste your money on iscooter. After sales is awful.

Excellent customer service (after a long winded back n forth) resulted in being extremely satisfied

After buying my son a scooter last year and it stop working after only 6 months of using it, I contacted iscooter as it was still in warranty. They did everything they could to help. After figuring out what was wrong with it the team have Resolve the problem and I’m very grateful thank you.

I bought a scooter for my son and within a couple of days there was a bolt issue and while we were reporting that we had another issue, we were speaking with Iscooter and their team responded quickly and was offering us various options with a small contribution and to upgrade to a different scooter but we kept our old scooter and they dealt with us fairly. Thank you.

Canny good service just took a little while but resolved my problem in the end thanks I scooter

I am really happy with the way this company deals with issues my scooter broke and they sent me out a new one for low cost. Highly recommend customer service team have been on point so friendly and nice all the way through the process.

The battery in my scooter had became faulty so as it was outwith the warranty I did have to pay for a new battery but we managed to come a resolution and a new scooter has been sent out

I’m really happy with my iScooter. It’s easy to use, feels good quality, and has been great for getting around. The customer service has also been helpful and responsive. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend iScooter.

They sell junk, the i10 plus of 3 months old snapped the rear suspension bolt and the wheel locked with my grandson on it , they refuse under uk law to replace the part, trading standards are being contacted

Outstanding customer service and customer support. I bought a u4 low step it's excellent. And, then the customer support service is excellent and helpful.

Avoid this company at all costs, spend a little bit extra elsewhere.
My scooter was just under 6 months old and stopped working. You have to do al the diagnostic work yourself to find the fault, I had to buy a multi meter to be able to send them results. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a replacement part, chased this week to be told I have to buy the part now and they sent me the link to purchase, fast forward to today and they’ve said oh yes sorry we’ve looked at the email trail and see it’s a free replacement part but no stock sorry. Not good enough.

Ordered a scooter for a Christmas present, Ordered it 6th of December. Charged it on the 23rd and was first used on the 25th. May, the scooter stops and flashes an error code. After days of emails they send the part for me to get fitted. Scooter was out of use for almost 3 weeks. End of june the scooter stops working. They ask me to run a number of tests or take it to a specialist to get it tested. Numerous videos and pictures was sent. 8th of july they diagnosed that the battery is faulty. That only has a 6month warranty from the date of purchase. It dont state that at time of purchase. U think its a 12 month warranty. If u want to spend almost £200 and want to get your tools out a few months later. This would be the company to go with!

Great service had a few issues with my e-scooter but customer service was good and got sorted
