The customer service and quality of their items is unacceptable
I have written several mails to Iro, about the situation trying to solve it. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable from a brand at your price point. Making a customer wait several months, only to dismiss a legitimate complaint and cast doubt on their account, falls far below any reasonable standard.
I bought a pair of trousers an I washed the trousers strictly in accordance with the care instructions. Given their price, I took particular care and checked the instructions several times. After the very first wash, the trousers had shrunk so severely in both length and waist that they no longer fit, despite having been slightly too large beforehand.
I am left with an expensive pair of supposedly high-quality trousers that became unwearable after being washed exactly as instructed, and no help from the customer service.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service - Refund Still Missing
On July 19, I ordered two white dresses to wear as evening dresses for my wedding. The size 36 turned out to be too small, so I returned it using the return label provided by IRO via UPS.
I waited a long time for a refund, but to this day, I have not received anything.
This is despite the fact that I can clearly see through the UPS tracking link that the package was received by IRO.
I have already tried to contact IRO twice. The first time, I used the contact form on the website.
On August 7, I tried again via the customer service email address.
Although I was very satisfied with the dress I received and the way it was packaged, I find the way this company treats its customers absolutely appalling.
Messages are simply ignored, and there is no way to reach anyone.
I thought IRO was a professional clothing brand, but when it comes to customer service, they clearly have a lot to learn.
At this point, the whole situation feels fraudulent. Unfortunately, I will never order anything from IRO again, and I certainly would not recommend the brand to anyone else.

Very disappointing customer service.
I have rarely experienced a company that is this unhelpful and inflexible. The team was unwilling to assist or find a reasonable solution and instead seemed to hide behind strict policies. Customer satisfaction clearly is not a priority.
The communication was frustrating throughout, and I felt no real effort was made to support me as a customer. A good customer service team should be approachable and solution-oriented, but that was definitely not my experience with IRO.
Unfortunately, this has left a very negative impression of the brand, and it has put me off ordering again in the future.

Hugely Disappointing
One of the worst experiences I ever faced with online shopping. One would think an established brand like IRO would be above this, but unfortunately, once you make a purchase, they couldn't care less about what happens to your shipment. Negligent customer service, wrong order numbers, tracking mistakes, late responses, late processing, no follow ups, honestly I have never seen such a careless approach to consistent issues. I would much rather spend my time on the countless other brands out there with great quality and great customer service who respect their customers.

Unresponsive and unhelpful support
I recently contacted IRO Paris regarding a leather jacket I was very interested in purchasing. I had been searching for this particular style for quite some time and wanted to confirm whether it was the exact model I was looking for (possibly from a previous collection, but I still don't know...).
Given the high price of the jacket, I expected a professional, attentive, and responsive customer service experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
My questions were only partially answered, and some responses were unclear. I had to follow up multiple times to get basic information, which was quite frustrating. Most disappointing was the final reply - it was just a very short, one-sentence response that didn’t address my questions in any meaningful way. It came across as dismissive rather than helpful.
When you are considering a significant purchase, you expect a level of service that matches the price and brand image. Sadly, this experience did not meet those expectations.

Exceptional customer service
I love IRO. Great quality, stylish products. I have had a few items of clothing for many years. There were items in my last order that I had to returned (I ordered wrong sizes). There were delays and issues with the post office but IRO’s customer service has been very helpful, supportive and responsive. I obtained a full refund for the returned items. Very pleasant experience with a very professional and efficient client support over emails. I will buy again from IRO and would definitely recommend their products.

Il y a eu un oubli de remboursement pendant la période des soldes, qui était manifestement très chargée. J’ai donc contacté le service client par mail (l’adresse était d’ailleurs très facile à trouver sur le site).
Dès le lendemain, j’ai reçu une réponse : ils ont reconnu l’erreur, se sont excusés et m’ont confirmé que le remboursement venait d’être effectué immédiatement. En plus de cela, ils m’ont offert une réduction de 10 % sur la nouvelle collection.
J’ai vraiment apprécié la rapidité, l’honnêteté et le professionnalisme de leur réponse. Un service client efficace et respectueux du client — bravo!

Never responding and never issuing the refund.
They merged my request after I sent three separate emails regarding my refund issue. However, after doing so, they continued to ignore all of my follow-up questions. I truly cannot understand why a brand would treat its customers this way. I have never encountered a situation like this before, it is honestly unbelievable.
The website clearly states that refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item, yet this has not happened, and it has now been over 20 business days. Their email responses also stated that I would receive a reply within 48 hours, which likewise did not happen.
