Swift delivery and more
Swift delivery (only held by a rain emergency situation - but no human can be blamed for that!) and an excellent selection of Irish whiskeys to choose from. Likely not the last time I placed an order. :)

I have purchased from Irishmalts before…
I have purchased from Irishmalts before and all went well. Sadly my most recent purchase they sent the wrong item which you think would reduce their star rating. However, they have been so responsive, kind and efficient in dealing with their mistake, especially as the item ordered was required quickly for a special occasion that I have no option but to gladly give them a 5 star rating and I will definitely use them again. Thank you Hannah great customer service!

That´s what I call customer service.
I have ordered quite a few times at irishmalts.com. One bottle of my last order was damaged. So I sent them an email, they wanted a few photos and agreed to send me a replacement bottle for free. That´s what I call customer service.

Vastaus yritykseltä Irishmalts.com
Hi Declan,
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase. The bottle is part of a 2022 limited edition collaboration between the 2 Distilleries. Unfortunately as you said it does not say Limited Edition anywhere on the bottle. We hope that you enjoy the liquid none the less.
