Great to work with, super helpful staff. Have an appointment in Jan with them for a wheelchair fitting and hopefully will be ordering through them too. Have got wheels and other bits through them before and they’ve been nothing but lovely

I have now brought two tri ride wheelchair attachments from Invictus and I cannot speak of them highly enough! On both occasions I had an idea of what I wanted. Staff made suggestions as to what would best fit my needs and at no point did I feel pressured. They knew the products and options inside out. On my last purchase I decided to change a few options very last minute after the initial order and nothing was too much trouble. This was sorted with no issues at all.
I also purchased a free-wheel device which turned out to be an issue as my wheelchair is custom built and very non standard therefore the device wouldn’t fit. Again I was guided through this and we were able to find a solution that got the device to work on my chair. This took quite a lot of going back and forth but nothing was too much trouble.

I cannot recommend Invictus highly enough every time I have felt that they are interested in helping me get a device that fits my needs in the best way possible rather than simply making a sale.

Canada is social health care, dominated by a large incompetent company. So, Kuschall decided to leave the North American market.

I purchased a Progeo wheelchair from them. I used the chair for a day, and found the armrest/clothing guard, does not work for me. This means I cannot safely use the chair. I contacted them requesting a different armrest. It has been 11 months, the chair is in my lounge unused, and no response from invictus, on helping get the chair in working order. As they are the only service provider for Progeo in the UK, I can’t get it fixed anywhere else.

I had a really positive experience when purchasing the Quicki QS5 X wheelchair.

I purchased the G explorer wheelchair from them in 2022, and had a positive experience. In the summer, I realised I needed to look into getting a more active wheelchair, so reached out to the team at Invictus again. I emailed the team to book an appointment to trial it out, and Kenzy was so helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process. He explained the extras that could go with the chair, which was useful.

The chair took just under 8 weeks to arrive, which was longer than advised but the handover appointment was great in explaining certain parts of the chair. Everyone I met was very friendly. I would highly recommend Invictus. Thank you for helping me gain back my independence!

Absolutely in love with my wheelchair I did hate waiting for it but nothing can be done when it's a custom chair all emails were replied to in a timely manner and super happy with my chair its perfect

Fabulous staff, great range and excellent service. Excellent support from friendly staff who answered my questions (even the silly ones) quickly. I felt confident that I’d made the right choice with my chair though this is my first manual chair. It was a wonderful experience, I think I got a really good deal and I will, without any doubt, be shopping here in the future.

Staff were helpful and informative and delivery was a quick turnaround as we needed it for a specific date. Arrived earlier than expected and in mint condition. The only criticism is with the website - we bought a FreeWheel but there doesn't appear to be an option to decline the free fitting which we were happy to forego for speed; or perhaps I missed it.

[Update 4/5] Scott, the business owner, has since reached out to both apologise and explain that my original enquiry had ended up in their spam system. I appreciated the chance to pass on my feedback directly, and I believe this was a one-off issue that can hopefully be prevented in future.

I've increased my review to 4 stars. Many businesses might have replied with a quick message or generic information, but Scott went well beyond that. He took the time to record a 14-minute personalised video that not only explored the specific option I’d asked about (which he also uses himself, offering great insights), but also included several alternative options, including cheaper ones he personally found interesting and would consider purchasing himself.

This response exceeded my expectations and has helped me feel far more confident in my purchase decision. It’s just a shame the reply took longer than anticipated, but once it did arrive, it reflected the high standard I’ve come to expect from Invictus Active. I was understandably disappointed in my original review, but this interaction has gone a long way to reminding me why I was highly impressed with IA in the first instance.

[Original Review 2/5] I've previously praised Invictus Active for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail, which makes it all the more disappointing to experience a noticeable decline recently.

In the past, I’ve valued their pre-sales advice and support, but an email I sent on 20 June asking for product recommendations has gone unanswered. I followed up with a WhatsApp message on Tuesday 1 July to check it had been received — it was read, but still no reply.

I completely understand that things can occasionally slip through the cracks, 11 working days without a response and no acknowledgement of a follow-up falls short of what I’ve come to expect.

I sincerely hope this is just a one-off, as I’ve previously had great experiences with them and would genuinely like to continue buying from them. Their pricing is excellent, and the delivery options are great too. It’s just a shame the support hasn’t matched expectations - or at the very least, that there’s been no communication around any delays in replying.

Invictus active you never cease to amaze me with your excellent customer service and support. My backrest arrived Friday and I followed your (Scott’s) video and advice in fitting it and it is wonderful! My off-road wheels arrived on Friday too which is just in time for my festival! I cannot wait to use them for it. Walking my dog through fields is so much easier now too!! I never knew this much freedom was possible since using a wheelchair but it keeps on getting better. See you again soon to trial a freewheel attachment and maybe an indoor trainer when I make the space. London Marathon here I come!

I used Invictus Active for the first time, I purchased a G-Explorer and FreeWheel with adapter kit. I hoped for quick dispatch bit you never know with using a company for the first time. I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service and next day delivery from dispatch. Outstanding. Thank you so very much.

I ordered a FreeWheel attachment for my wheelchair, needing something to help me manage more difficult terrain. Zoe e-mailed me to suggest that I change this to the TrackWheel, asking me to send photos of my chair to make sure the attachments would fit, as well as a video talking through the differences between the two.

Had they just filled my order, I'd have ended up with a substandard attachment that had far less improvements in the design, and I'd have probably regretted the experience in the long run. Instead, Invictus took the time to make sure I got exactly what I need - and for the same price! - so that's just fantastic customer service.

Never had a bad experience with Invictus, and this continues to be the case. Really couldn't recommend them more strongly.

I've used invictus active several times. My most recent purchase the track wheel. One of the most impressive things about this company is that didnt just sell me the track wheel, they want photos of my chair, they want to ensure it is suitable. Which means they actually care about there customers over sales.
As for the track wheel, awesome bit of kit. Used for the first time today at parkrun, got a PB. And for context, my parkrun involved hills, gravel, uneven grass fields and a bridge.

Trackwheel attachment . Called invictus to ask about the freewheel for my wheelchair . After sending some photos of my footplate they advised that the trackwheel would fit not the freewheel. So took the free trial with the intention to buy if the product worked . After a bit of fettling to get it to fit my chair it works brilliantly.

Scott and Kensey at invictus active have helped get me back on the road again, i can't thank them enough for keeping involved still with my running family.
Having been diagnosed with MS just over 2 years ago I thought my running days and all that comes with it gone forever. Yet having my new active wheelchair has enabled me to keep involved with the running community. It's just on 3 wheels now rather than 2 legs.
I can't thank them enough for all the advice given to ensure I get the right chair to keep me on the road.

The Invictus Active trainer is an impressive piece of wheelchair training equipment. I was pleased to have been able to demo it for 2 weeks before deciding to buy and I am loving using it to improve my strength and tone. Big thank you to the Invictus team for the instruction demo videos and for enabling split payments. I would highly recommend.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable about the products. I had an idea of what I wanted and they were able to show me a variety of options and find something that fit my needs. David and Danielle were both helpful throughout the process.

I ended up going with a Quickie QS 5X. It rides similar to a rigid frame, but I am able to fold it for travelling. It's light weight and the ride is really smooth. David helped me talk through features that were worth spending a little extra on and items where I could reduce costs based on my needs.

I also got the EcoAssist by Rehasense. I was looking at it and the Empulse F35. David was great at learning more about my lifestyle and talking through the pros and cons of each model. I'm so happy that I went for the EcoAssist.

I covered the purchase of these items with my own money and appreciated that they had a payment plan option to help spread out the cost. I was incredibly happy with the whole process and will continue to use Invictus Active for any future purchases.
