I had to chase the order for the wrist support. They did reply within a day. Received product 3 days later but I am very disappointed in the fit.

Really wish I had read the reviews of this company! It’s daylight robbery! Product cheap and nasty and extremely poor quality. Not worth the money AT ALL!!!

Please do not purchase from here! Item came damaged and the company have been troubling me a month to help - no response and in the end got my bank involved. Please do purchase unless you want a headcahe

I'm very disappointed about the Guardian watch for seniors which was 1299 it has been charging for over two hours but nothing has happened the straps wouldn't even attach to the face of the watch worst watch I have ever bought don't know how I will get my money back

Ordered what was advertised as a humidifier/purifier. Needed it urgently as child had sinusitis. Took over three weeks to get here because what isn't mentioned on their website is that they aren't UK based their goods ship from China. What was supposed to be a humidifier purifier is actually just a really cheap humidifier the size of a coke can, it was £30, it looks cheap I wouldn't trust it not to blow up and it's gone straight in the bin. I'm not going to contact them because it will cost me more money to return it. As others have said AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Like many others I got caught by this scam company. Using a .co.uk website they are actually based in Estonia and everything comes out of China.
You may as well order from Temu and pay a fifth of the price.
What eventually turned up was of questionable quality.

I know it’s not as long as some people have waited. I ordered and paid for 3 hearing aids on 19th March. Thought it was coming from UK.Still waiting now they ignore my emails. I can only claim from my credit card after 30days if they don’t arrive. My cousin ordered through Amazon and got his the next day.

No delivery and no communication. Real scam company. Do not use.

Unfortunately, when I looked for earplugs that I could sleep in and that were comfortable, I believed these would solve my problem.
Instead, I just got the usual earplugs, which cost at most a few quids, and a bag of plasteline to put into my ears afterwards. I laughed a lot, but I am also pissed off, because I have spent £29.99 on it.
It also took a while to arrive.

Unfortunately I have fallen for this scam company- the website says .co.uk but it’s not. I ordered at the start of Feb and received my order over a month later after chasing few times. When it arrived it was cheap plastic and just bad fit like from China. When I asked to return and a refund I was told can have 30% refund without returning or return at my own expense - I thought fine- can pay £5 /£10 tracked delivery return but the return address is in Estonia! Yes near Russia. What a joke- I’m sure this is against trading standards and I will be looking into this- I’m sure it will be shut down soon and then open again under a new name sadly.

I bought a smart watch for seniors thinking I was buying from a UK site. How wrong could I be!! I realised that it wasn't when on tracking the order I saw that it had cleared customs! In total it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. You had to put the straps together and the instructions were useless. You needed a magnify glass. There was no charger included. My son had to set it up for me. Every time you have to recharge the watch you have to remove the straps. After less than 24 hours the watch needed recharging again. Tried very hard to pull out the straps and had to use force. As a consequence the first strap I tried broke. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH QUALITY. I wrote to them and I requested a full refund as the watch was not fit for purpose. Some of their features did not work either. They wrote back that I could have 20% straight away without having to send the broken watch back. If I wanted a full refund I had to send the watch back on tracking post at my own expense!!
I think they are based in Estonia. Please do not buy from them. Very unscrupulous and dishonest company.

I just noticed that they're shipping from China, and I realize it's a scam because I thought it was a safe site, since I have a 🔒 when I launch hgml, I've fallen for this scam twice. I hope everyone reads reviews before ordering free shipping; this site is a scam.

ordered and paid for item with Ortho Comfort on 11th March. Still no goods, or messages. Just says that the site is blocked ? what and whom do i report this to ? they have taken my money and no goods as yet ?

Paid for item, still awaiting its dispatch. Just keep being sent a automated response to tell me its on its way to Yodel, which is likely just a fake tracking order number given to all customers. The sad thing about this company is its products are for use by vulnerable people likely in chronic pain - the stress of trying to get the product or a refund is a learning experience and I'll check trust pilot before any further internet payments to companies like this one in the future. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY buying from this one. I shall update my review if i ever see the product I purchased and maybe the company will change any delivery "next day" promise to something more realistic like 1-2 or never months.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. It took 35 days for my order to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. There was little to no communication during the wait, leaving me unsure if I would even receive it.

When the insoles finally arrived, the quality was very poor. They feel extremely cheap, flimsy, and nothing like what was advertised. Honestly, you can find the same kind of insoles on Temu for £2–£3, which says a lot about the quality here.

Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this product or seller.

If the is negative start I would rate it. Ordered watch and the wristband is defective sent them email immediately with pictures but they keep sending videos how to fix the watch. I wasn’t born today to know how to fix the wristban me and they don’t want to take the return. Such a bad company order at your own risks not to be trusted.
