Apartment. Miraflores area.
Already knew which area I wanted an apartment. Put that into the system and within 2 minutes I had found what I was looking for. Just a few hundred yards from where I stayed 2 years ago. Whole process 15 minutes max. Paid. Simple.

Booking process is easy and description…
Booking process is easy and description of the rentals is exhaustive. One surprising downside however is that I have not received any email confirmation yet after my booking and payment, and could not find a way to check from the website for details if my booking. I hope I receive an email at some point…

Very unhelpful
Very unhelpful, business minded company. Never ever going to use them again in our life and will recommend everyone to avoid!
Booking cancelled, no partail refund, no credit to book another date, or any kind of compensation and no reply at all.
On top of the there was hidden charge of £400 when we check in which was never mentioned before. Air BnB policy says we will get refund of cleaning charges if we cancelled before checkin but they are refusing to refund single penny and igorning our messages.
There are other private listing offering better price and free or partial refund on cancellation but this company is just setting up a trap.
Please avoid!

With regards to deposit, it is always included in the booking form, as you fill it in on Airbnb. We are sorry to learn that you missed this. Please rest assured, that as a legally registered company, we aim to be as transparent as we possibly can in our dealings, and always update our policies to reflect this fact.
