Do not trust Interhome. They give fake informations and they don't care about complains!

INTERHOME promotes accommodations with fake photos and descriptions on Booking and other platforms.
We were scammed out of our money, and we had a horrible vacation because of their lies. When we filed complaints and asked for a refund, they ignored us. We have submitted a report to the authorities, and we hope they will get what they deserve!!!!!!

The reservation link in the email shows a different booking period from the period shown in the invoice. Very confusing.

Plenty houses available.
Excellent filtering possible.
We've searched for a house with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, still there was plenty choice.

Booked a place in Itay Have not helped me to have money back

Booked a place in Italy through Booking.com. It was so full of mould. The air was dreadful, dangerous, and I realised of the reviews were saying the same thing. I only stayed one night of the three. Apparently I had to phone interhome the next morning, I did so and they said they would pass it through to the right department and somebody would look for another accommodation for me. They never phoned me back. And now I’m struggling to get any money back from them for the two nights I didn’t stay.

We are genuinely sorry to learn that you were disappointed with your stay and felt unwell due to what you believed was a mould issue. Our inspections confirmed that there was no mould or damp at the property, and unfortunately, no report was made on site that would have allowed our local team to assist or verify the situation during the stay. It seems there may have been another reason for your dissatisfaction, but we still regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Nice cottage but...

Nice cottage, comfortable beds and easy parking, BUT:
Advertised as having direct beach access - it did not, not even a sea view.
Plumbing issues with the one bathroom meant no bath or shower for 24 hours.
One toilet, located in the one bathroom was inadequate for 6 people.
The tiny fridge was inadequate to store food for 6 people and there was no dishwasher. Poor value for money.
