Interestfree4cars Arvostelua

Purchased car with a couple of problems that were intermittent these problems I complained about and they dealt with the repairs immediately they don’t just want your money and fob you off they are very helpful friendly and the after sales service is excellent I can’t recommend this company enough shame I can only give 5 stars
THANK YOU Interestfree4 cars I will definitely be back

Daren made the process so easy for me, everything was so simple and smooth from start to end, absolutely fantastic service from him. So happy with my car after care is great too, the light for tyres came on about a week later, gave a call and I was booked in the next day to get it sorted. 5 stars from me will be recommending everyone I know, would rather pay abit extra for a car and avoid interest and to anyone who says it’s the same as interest it’s not?! They make it very clear what you are paying for, And the company are well within their rights to make abit of profit, how else would a business work! .. interest is variable and the amount you pay for the car is not variable it’s a clear price which is fair! I found Andy, Gary, Phil and Darren very approachable and helpful.
They did not hide the fact that car was ex Enterprise Hire Car and that such a car may be available cheaper elsewhere without 0% finance.

Will buy again.

The customer sales agent are lovely but the manager very rude. I was sold a bmw which was fine till i started having a leak in my car. Contacted the manager he said no way you can prove that this car was in accident as they do hpi check before purchase. Bear in mind hpi cover will never cover all accidents. I only found out when the mechanic stripped the car open and there was welding and painting job done in side. This was a real shock and the manager not willing to even help in any way. Never again... i would not recommend as you are paying a high price plus no guarantee in the car.

Brought a Lexus was worried at first as it was my first time buying but Andy and Darren have been fantastic through and through. All my queries and reservations I had were answered to my satisfaction. Amazing guys lovely to talk to and do business with! Highly recommend this company definitely true to their words :)

BEWARE I was naive not do my research but I was going end up paying 5000 more than market value so this interest free loan is total. Rubbish, rang to say I'm going to cancel my order giving my reason. Andy Smee possibly the rudest human I've dealt quoted "please don't ring us again as we won't be doing business with you". Poor customer service.

I have been received email saying can't get a car but anyway it's great to be here with you

Interestfree4cars honestly have one of the best customer services, usually when needing to speak to customer service more than once they seem half asleep but with Interestfree4cars they were lively and happy and provided you with anyyy sort of information to where you felt comfortable with anything. I was constantly speaking to the same person (Gareth) and I thought that I was bothering him with the amount of times I called and had problems and yet they kept it 5 star thanks

I found this organisation to be helpful and easy to deal with, in particular Dave in sales and Phil who dealt with the collection. The car i purchased was exactly as described and had been well prepared.Altogether a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I recently purchased a car from them and there was a problem soon after purchase. I decided to get it checked by AA vehicle inspection and the results were shocking for me , it was a damage repaired car. So be careful and get your car checked by AA or RAC before purchase rather than purchasing any paint protection or any other extras.

I don't understand about 0% intrest free
Example car payments datails
£285 x 72 = £20520
Actual today value of car £16400 exactly the same car with same mileage
Thats almost 20% more expensive of today value of car. Do your research that's £4120 extra so to me it must be hidden cost of intrest whats the difrent when buying from intrest its almost the same payments as intrest.

I had a great experience with this company, and so in the future will use them again.

Very helpful friendly staff good knowledge of finance and car buying. Very happy doing business. Best of all 0% interest Alhamdulillah ❤

Both David and Darren helped make the process very quick and easy. They both took the time to go through every little detail in terms of the vehicle specification and the purchase process. They answered all of the questions I had and provided the car documentations via email and on paper. They also refunded the intial deposit within a couple of days. I will definitely recommend using interest4freeCars to family and friends.

Thank you both, Ala.

Although there was a very minor issues that I was not happy with, they were really a minor.

Nevertheless, a special thanks to Darren Hall who was really helpful throughout the process and even helped and sent me some very important documents that I forgot to take on the day of transfer.

Would recommend this company to anyone.

I was dealing with Gareth Mathias, and he made the whole process of choosing and sorting the finance for a car one of the easiest experiences ever. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to go ahead with the purchase, but once I am able to, I will definitely be returning to interest free for cars-amazing service.

Very friendly, honesty and professional team. They answered all my questions and explained where I wasn't sure. I would give them 5* rating and recommend anyone who wants to buy a nice car with excellent customer service. Very grateful to Alan Sheriff & Darren Hall. J Hashim from Sheffield

I am so pleased with the service received from this company especially from Mr Darren Hall. He helped me throughout the whole process and I got my car delivered just on time. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who's looking for not only a good car but also a great service. Thank you Darren
