Vastaus yritykseltä INSTAKICKSZ LTD

Hi Susan,

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service.

As mentioned in our emails the Jordan’s you ordered did take longer to source due to them being very difficult to find with not many sellers in the market for that specific pair.

As a business we aim to fulfil all our orders without having to cancel orders and sometimes sourcing products can sometimes take up to 14 days.

From the tracking we can see your order was delivered on 07-05-2022.

Thank you again for providing your feedback on TrustPilot.

Kind Regards

Sam - Instakicksz
