Horrible !!! Never ever buy any product from Saraf furniture. No customer care, nobody gives an exact date when the order will be delivered. Followed up for 150 days, no. of mails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, tagged Yet to receive only 2 products, had ordered 3 products on the 16 August 2021… order value is almost Rs.50,000.. and this is how they treat a customer!!! The rot has started from the top, an entire organization not feeling like responding.
Very very pathetic company!!!

Hi,
I am a repeat customer for insaraf furniture and i truly appreciate the quality of product they deliver. However, this time around when i ordered for a double bed, the courier delivered a damaged part. I was really surprised to see the delivery person handling the parts alone, considering it required 3 persons to unload the product from their van to my house (in ground floor). And as i guessed the one of the product part was damaged. I raised a complaint #179211 on Aug 15 2021. Its been over 5 months and i have been getting only false hopes and assurances that the part is ready to ship but till date nothing. There is no escalation process and no one bothers to let me know the real status of the replacement. While i continue to follow-up, i hope the top management take cognisance of the fact that existing customers complaint resolution is something they need to look into seriously and show that they count.
Hoping for a closure.

It took 117 days to deliver side table that too after innumerable phone calls & emails. Workmanship is very bad.appears to have been handled by a amateur carpenter who call themself solid wood specialist.alingnment is very poor. product is not worth the price paid. definitely not the company to opt for

I bought a bar cabinet initially they supplied a broken product after much delay after innumerable calls and mails they delivered a new product after 3-4 months. the piece has quality issues I have made more than 30 calls in the past 1 month but still my issue is yet to be resolved..

do not buy from this company. ordered tv unit. delivered after 2 months. when opened it was completely damaged. no after sales service, no replacement/ refund till date. i have been mailing them since 4 months but no action taken. ITS A REQUEST TO ALL OUT THERE - STRICTLY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. even if they give heavy discounts do NOT buy because you will end up receiving damaged product only .

Average quality of product + EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE.

Please do not fall for this scam of a company called insaraf.
I paid around 6,000/- to get additional storage in my bed. They sent a bed without handles/grooves to access the storage.
I had first complained in August 2021 and my issue hasnt still been resolved. The CEO of the company, who I reached out of linkedin is equally incompetent as his team.

Will never purchase again from insaraf.

My order number - INSF403932133 .....we placed an order on 28th June, paid 100% upfront for a center table and till date it has not been delivered .....every week they give us a new excuse and new date .....we are in 11th week now and have nothing other than false assurance. what came as a shock when i start reading INSARAF reviews on mouthshut where 1000's of angry customers facing the same issue and calling the company big time cheat and FRAUD ( please check yourself ) as there money is either stuck or gone for good. This is just insane ...How a company with public face can loot customer's hard earned money in broad daylight and get away with it. I am left with no choice but to file a complaint with cyber crime cell + lodging a FIR in Police station + write to PM Office.. so that this online fraud can stop. Please do not buy anything from INSARAF.

Third grade quality. I bought a wooden chest of drawers in june 2020 and the order number is INSF246612133.
It’s nastily affected by termites and beginning to ruin other furniture’s of my home . Have been writing mails after mails and some Vikas P responds from their complaint cell with a standardised reply that someone will get in touch in 48 hours and it’s been 3 weeks.
Exteelmy bad quality and very agitated as a customer hence shall never ever buy or recommend Saraff furniture !
These guys are cheats !!

I have never had a more terrible experience buying anything online until I ordered from Saraf.
We had to follow-up umpteen number of times and most of the time they kept avoiding our calls or transferring it to irrelevant people. The delivery was delayed for a couple of months than their initial estimate and there was no communication whatsoever.
Would highly recommend not to order from here if you like peace of mind.

bad quality material dont like it

Pathetic company.. worst furniture..they delayed providing furniture by over 6 months inspite of taking 100% payment.
Furniture delivered is either broken or damaged beyond repair.
Please do not waste your hard earned money.

Apart from defects and broken pieces, to our utter shock, they have sent cheapest quality Jungle wood 5 seater (3+1+1) sofa set & table instead of the invoiced North Indian Sheesham wood. Workmanship is extremely worst. Simply hammered the worst jungle wood possible and poured warnish over it. Literally nothing else and nowhere to close to what is shown in website.
We checked with multiple carpenters, all of them confirmed it's clearly Jungle wood. Thanks to one broken armrest piece where the inside of wood is visible without which we wouldn't have known about the wood itself.

They have used ordinary plastic non-woven material instead of fabric for inner cushion cover. Cushion sticthing finish is like rice gunny bag full of wrinkles and folds.
No refund policy and returns. Stay away. Complete scam in the name of 'entrepreneurship'. They have thousands of cases pending in consumer courts. Please stay alert. All money and time gone into drain.

InSaraf is a very worst company i was ordered a dining set in the December 2020, today April 14/ 2021 still nit received my order ,no customer support from their team ,they won't respond for emails, during the calls they told wrong delivery dates saraf team is big cheaters team . Order booked during winter sale now summer sale is also started but product not yet dispatched

Please do not order anything at Insaraf store unless you are ready to wait forever for the order to be delivered. i ordered a bed, initially i was asked to wait for six weeks, now it has been THREE MONTHS and the order isn't delivered yet. Worst customer service.

I ordered for a chest of drawers on 17 Jan 2021 and have not yet received. There is not update from Insaraf on my item. This is disappointing. No mark of professional service. I have asked for refund and awaiting response.

It has been two months since I placed the order. I still have no clarity on when the product will be delivered. Phone based customer service have cancelled the call twice over while the query was being addressed. Email updates give wrong delivery dates and tracking website gives outdated information. Really questioning the veracity of this website and wondering if the entire operations is fake.

have ordered a bar on 27 Nov 2020. Its been more than two months and the product has not been dispatched till date. I have called up their customer care number multiple times and everytime a new date is being assigned for dispatching the product( latest being 09 feb 21).
Its the worst experience i have ever had with any ecommerce site.
its a fradulent company and i would not recommend anyone to buy anything from there.

They are the biggest frauds in the market. delivered a terribly damaged product after two months after ordering. its bn 3 months after that, no replacement nor refund.

Recently I bought a office chair from the Saraf furniture store. The quality of the office chair is really amazing.

THESE PEOPLE ARE A BIG CHEAT AND FRAUD.. I had placed an order in the month of October 2020 and still haven’t received it not even heard anything from them.. they r very bad in communication not a single email giving the update.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND INSARAF ...
