I am seeing a lot of bad reviews for Kencho however I emailed them to cancel my subscription as I couldn't log onto the website and its a little pricey and they cancelled my second order and subscription straight away for me so I have to give them 5 stars for there speedy response.

worst experience of my life. $399 a month for what? 1000 errors and softerwear glitches, this was suppose to make my life easier not give me nervous break down...

I have sent 8 emails with no response. I cannot stop my subscription because of constant errors. This company is a complete scam!

I have repeatedly requested to cancel my subscription after receiving my first order, which contained very disappointing products. But even after these repeated requests, I keep receiving new orders and am unable to log in to my account to cancel the subscription. Here is the message on my account page: “Failed to load subscriptions. Please try again.”.

After contacting customer service several times, they tell me each time that they are taking the necessary steps, stating, and I quote: “Your membership is canceled and will not automatically renew again.” It’s clear that it still hasn’t been canceled.

The products I received had expiration dates with only one week left on some and one month on others. And what about the products themselves? The powder was clumpy and full of lumps even before I opened the packet. So it was almost impossible to mix.

I would not recommend this seller.

I placed an order on May 1st and received a tracking number on May 4th. However, the tracking code is invalid and doesn't work on the carrier's website or global tracking platforms (like 17Track). I have tried to contact Kencko via email, Instagram, and LinkedIn, but I have received zero response so far. This is very disappointing for a first-time customer. I just want to know where my order is and if the tracking code is correct.

So I have not bought from them directly but from a third party seller. I love the taste of the instant lattes and have used them to replace my morning coffee allowing me to cut back on refined sugar and artificial flavors. I also enjoy the chocolate protein smoothie. I have not tried any of the fruit smoothie options but so far I love it!

Great customer care, great communication/marketing, and great products!

I used to love Kencko but lately they have not shipped orders that I place. Their subscription settings are awful and I have often gotten no notifications for upcoming orders which shipped on awkward timing due to previously delayed shipments. I wish they would let you select a number of days between orders but mostly just want them to deliver the product that I pay for.

Kencko changed my life; I started eating (and drinking) fruit every day, and I've developed many better eating habits. It's good, it's simple, and it's cheap.

These smoothies are great. Not too sweet, only fruit/veg, and added to protein powder in a shake make a great quick meal.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THEM. THE COMPANY IS A BAIT AND SWITCH.

I bought purples and pinks at the store. Thought they were great! I couldn't find more at the store, so I went to their website. $50 minimum order. OK, I thought, fair enough with rising costs, etc. I placed a large order. I got the usual "Thanks for your purchase, we're shipping it right out!" confirmation and email.

Fast forward about 2 weeks.

No smoothies.

I go back to the website. It now says it is a subscription and won't be shipped for a month.

I went back and reviewed the website and pretended to reorder. There is NOWHERE that clearly indicates it will be a MONTH before things are shipped or that it is an endless subscription.

There is nowhere to end the subscription. The site doesn't even tell you how. There is no clear contact info besides a generic email address.

This is illegal in NY state, so I contacted the Atty General. I am contacting my bank for fraud. I see others have noted the same issues on their Insta comments.

In short, great product, but absolutely scummy and greedy company. Buy only at stores.

Reliable service and a really great product. With this product you should think outside the box! It is really good added to breakfast cereals or oatmeal. You can also add to yogurt. Or baked goods. The flavors are not overpowering. It would be great if they had a savory selection like soups or different blends of veg that you could add to quiches or omelets!

Their smoothie packets are the best product on the market to get your fruits and vegetables and (optional) protein in while you are away from home. There's no added sugar, and everything is organic. It helps to try a bunch of different flavors to see which are your favorite. I never travel without them! And you do perfectly fine without having a blender. Just be sure to break up any clumps with your fingers before you open the package. I also sometimes use the smoothie packets when I'm home to mix with fresh fruits to expand the volume.

Nie wieder. Habe für mich und meine Familie einmal jede Geschmacksrichtung bestellt, die es gibt. Alle rochen komisch und haben keinem aus der Familie geschmeckt, weder mit Milch noch mit Wasser. Wir hatten schon das Gefühl irgendwas stimmt vielleicht nicht da es auch Bauchschmerzen bei einigen verursacht hat. Habe daraufhin Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgenommen und es hieß nur wir würden uns zu spät melden also kann man uns hier nicht helfen.
Kundenservice zeigt also kein Interesse und ignoriert uns seither. Nicht nur die Produkte haben enttäuscht aber bei so einem Kundenservice würde ich generell nie wieder etwas kaufen wollen. Ich kann nur abraten.

Extremely disappointed by their smoothie mixes. I bought a variety pack to try different flavours but the reality is they're pretty much tasteless and though you may, and I mean may, get some goodness from them to have to add taste with another product defeats the point. Nowhere close to just blending real fresh fruit. I thought this might be a little more convenient which it may be but the downside is so huge it really isn't worth it.That said, the gummies that were included as a freebie are really lovely and very tasty indeed. So I'd encourage them to concentrate on those rather than their luke warm smoothies.

I do not recommend this company. First issue, you only deal with this company via email or text, you never get to speak to a human to fix problems. Recently I had an order shipped via UPS. My credit card was charged for the order, but UPS had a $165.53 COD. I contacted Kencko via text and they told me there was a small issue with a few orders. They asked me to pay the COD and they would reimburse me. It took me 28 days to get my money back. Zero customer service as no one was letting my know why my refund was taking so long.
As soon as I got my money back I cancelled my account.
Beware, if you can’t speak to customer service, this is probably a reason.
I do not trust these people!!!

Good tasting shakes, nice ingredients, easy to prepare, price is right, and if you have a question, they have a good customer service..

I advise you not to use their service and their product. They charged me today for the shipping costs of a plastic bottle coming from Portugal via UPS.
This is a dishonest company that forces the sale with supposedly an automatic renewal of products. I have never taken this option! Run away

Kencko è un'idea geniale che non delude le aspettative.

Gli smoothies sono davvero buoni, anche semplicemente mixati con acqua. Personalmente, li shakero e li lascio in frigo per una mezz’oretta: la frutta si reidrata, la consistenza diventa più densa e il risultato è ancora più piacevole.

Inoltre i valori nutrizionali siano praticamente identici a quelli della frutta fresca indicata sulla confezione.

Apprezzo anche la filosofia del brand: solo frutta biologica, senza ingredienti extra. Il packaging è riciclabile, e le bustine sono compostabili direttamente nel compost domestico. Inoltre, la spedizione con UPS è veloce ed efficiente.
