I have been waiting for my furniture order #611822133 for the last two months with no light at the end of the tunnel.

You can only reach the customer care, who at every opportunity revise the delivery time lines upwards...

I am pretty sure that the company can be considered a fraud only on the basis of the way they treat their customers ( I have read about similar issues faced by other customers) no matter the quality of the product..

I have lodged a complaint in the consumer court and plan to take legal action.

The company is a good lesson on how one will be lured to online frauds in the future by big market players through attractive adds and product phographs on the website.

It's a fraud company. They take your money, harass you by not sending the furniture on time (they can take 2+ months to deliver too) and in the end send defective pieces of furniture.

Ordreded a desk chair from Saraf, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the entire process—from the initial purchase to the delivery.
First off, a special shoutout to staff menber who assigned me, who assisted me during my visit. Her expertise and friendly demeanour made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to understand my needs and guided me towards the perfect chair that fits my workspace and personal style. She was fantastic in helping me choose the perfect fabric for my new chair. I was initially overwhelmed by the range of options, but staff member expertise and patience made all the difference. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered valuable advice on which fabrics would be best suited for my needs and the aesthetics of my home office. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she even showed me how different fabrics would look in various lighting, which was incredibly helpful
The chair itself is fantastic—ergonomically designed with ample support, adjustable height, and a smooth swivel mechanism. It’s incredibly comfortable for long hours of work and looks great in my home office. The quality of the materials is top-notch.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Saraf Furniture. The combination of high-quality packaging, efficient delivery, and a great product makes them stand out. I ordered a sofa back in January 2024, and they initially promised delivery within two weeks. However, they later claimed there were finishing issues, which caused a delay. I had already paid an advance of 40,000 rupees. After months of waiting and endless excuses, I decided to cancel the order. Now, three months later, they have the audacity to harass me for the remaining 1,20,000 rupees. Despite canceling the order and uncovering their terrible reviews on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, they continue to chase me relentlessly. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers, preying on people with their flashy website and celebrity endorsements. They are a menace, and I'm warning others not to fall into their trap.

My experience with saraf was great. Totally loved th product. Quality of product is just too good.

ordered a chair. Just a chair. plain wood with a cushion.on June 6th 2024. Post that THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO UPDATE ON THE DELIVERY!!!! NO ONE PICKS UP THEIR PHONE LINE. That is sham! I could cut paste the e mail correspondence that keeps saying ' WE ARE PUTTING FINISHING TOUCHES! WHAT?? FOR A CHAIR ??? A BAR STOOL CHAIR??? AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH!!! The chat person who followed up the initial order no longer takes any calls!! ARE THESE GUYS SCAMMERS?? looks like it!! HOW MANY E MAILS CAN ONE SEND?? EVERY TIME THEY ARE PUTTING FINISHING TOUCHES!!! BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE!! any establishment that takes your money and refuses updates or communication is probably eating your money!! They say forty years in business!! I am sure that is lie as well!!

Recently I purchased Trundle bed and delivery was prompt. The installation was good however something went amiss and one shelf got stuck. It was very easy to contact the customer service and very promptly they sent an expert carpenter to fix it. For the quality and service I feel they are one of the best.

It's FRAUD company.
They take order online... no update on order, keep pushing delivery dates, no refund of money... they are Cheating people..

I saw all the furniture, it's so good 👍 and usefull, I also bought a study table.. It's comfortable for me🙂

Extremely poor customer service, there is no update or information once you place the order , you have no idea if the product is going to be delivered or not, though they take the entire money upfront. Very difficult to get through or get a response on their email id or customer service number - please do not place any order . It's been more than 2 months and i have not received the furniture and i am struggling

This is the best place to shop amazing frniturr at cost effective prices. Recently I ordered a king size bed and it's delivered in after the 7 days but I am happy to see the products it's really worth it product in ths price

Shriram College of Commerce being such a reputed institution SHOULD A BACKGROUND CHECK ON THIER ALUMNI FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR REPUTATION BEFORE ENSORSING SUCH FRADULENT ALUMNI !!

It was a great experience purchasing furniture from saraf. My overall experience was very positive and the quality of furniture is just too good. Everyone in my home loved our new sofa we got from saraf.

Fraudsters

Quite happy with the overall experience, Just bought a sofa from the store, Sales staff support and broader logistics as the sofa was delivered in delhi on time and without hassles. They have some great modern and contemporary furniture across the range and I couldn't find this in many other comparable stores. Highly recommended the store.

Received damaged product... was told that technician would visit within 48 Hrs... It has been a month... even after lots of emails and phone calls nobody tuned up. The issue is yet to be resolved. Suggest to avoid Saraf.

Promised delivery date was 25th November
Diwali happened
New Year happened
Now holi will come
No sign of order, no delivery dates confirmed, not refunding the money. 3rd grade customer service and utterly dishonest people. I am initiating legal action for refund.

One a kind store for decor and furniture. Amazing collection which comes under your budget. The team member were asked us details of our minute requirement in terms of wood quality, fabric, dimensions etc and provided regular update at every stage during the whole process. Thanks to Saraf Team for providing the final product as per our vision. Highly satisfied with the overall product quality and service.

Pathetic service..they are cheaters..we hv booked bed in October which was to be delivered in 2...3 weeks...but still not delivered..they are neither returning the money..not delivering the product..need to sue them
