I am having the most horrible experience after buying a bed with drawers from saraf furniture. I have never experienced such poor customer service. The bed was delivered late, and when it was delivered the wood was torn in the drawer and on top of it the drawer in the bed would not close. They don’t entertain requests to replace or refund. They dont have any carpenters to service their defective products. Instead they will make you wait forever with no recourse. Buy at your own risk.

Bought 2 items , wall clock and center table . Got a Customised furniture at a very reasonable range when compare to other stores .

Pathetic after sales service. Not original sesame wood. Lots of cracks and assembly issues. Since last 6 months no one is solving the issue.

I ordered side table, mudha, and tray table. Recieved all the three products on time and bery happy with the service and quality. all The 3 table looks amazing.

I ordered 3 things. A Center table, key holder and side tables. And me and my husband were quite happy with the sesame wood quality and also the service. A must go to place if anyone needs furniture.

Insaraf furniture is a big fraud, I have ordered rocking chair from them, there was gross problem with assembly, so I called Mr. Agrawal ( insaraf worker) I have been told to assemble it somehow n then will see and after that he stopped picking up the calls. Inspite of making 100 of calls they are not ready to replace or refund.. they just telling me to get it repaired.. really regret why I ordered that chair from them.. 100% cheaters.. kindly don't order anything from insaraf.
