Ink Express Arvostelua 

I was going to purchase a new printer with a eco tank as I was fed up being ripped off with very expensive ink cartridges when I came across Ink Express. One reasonable payment the kit comes complete with refillable cartridges, ink, syringes etc to fill and replace the old cartridges. Now all I have to do is purchase the ink which I will from Ink Express. So much cheaper and a very efficient survice. Highly recommend.

Only purchased from ink express once for reusable ink cartridges and ink.

The reusable cartridges have only lasted 3 years and, for the amount of ink I have used, they really have not been economical.

Right from the start, one part on each cartridge was incorrectly fitted.
Each chip on the side (used by the printer to calculate ink usage) was mounted upside down!

I requested a return but as I had filled them with ink, a return was apparently not possible under the warranty.

Almost without exception before each print I need to take at least one cartridge out and pop it back in as suggested by ink express.

All in all a bit of a faff. Once bitten twice shy.

Moral of the story might be to buy original ink or elsewhere?

I ordered a water bottle and the process was quick and efficient. It was a quality product, well designed & reasonably priced.

Bought waste ink pad reset key for Epson XP-530 from Ink Express and email arrived within 1hr. Great service and easy to order, will definitley use this company again. Check internet for fitting and reset instruction. FYI...this model has half size pads housed in a full size container, bought double size pads so will need another rest key in a few years to allow it to continue. Thanks Epson for trying to charge £60 to refill and reset this printer (did it myself for £14), its almost as thought your trying to over price the job so people buy a new printer!!

I bought 2 packs of paper and then had to pay postage to send them back. You refunded me for just one pack of paper as I’d used 2 sheets of the second pack (which I told you I did) and you wouldn’t refund me for that 100 sheet pack. I’m sorry, that’s a rip off in my opinion.

I bought 2 packets of a4 subli paper which don’t work. Compared them with a competitors paper which worked straight away. Have to send paper back in order to get a refund. 10.000 questions from customer service implying it’s my fault. Been sublimating for years. It’s the paper!
