Did not have the bike in stock but advertised on website as in stock. Very slow to respond to my many emails requiring multiple chases. Said they had refunded but did not and kept saying it may take a few days to show. They still have my money 9 weeks later and are not responding. Would strongly avoid and use a reputable company instead. If something goes wrong, I suspect you will regret it.

Expert advice. Sound knowledge and customer service was second to none. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Finally dipped my toe into the world of electric bikes and could not have had a better experience. Advice and excellent customer service provided will definitely be back as my wife is jealous!!

We purchased a Samebike (LOTDM200-II, order #35913) with NFC tags (a security feature), the tags turned out to be pointless, as although the bike can be turned on and off with them, there is also an on/off button on the bike that can not be disabled (so NFC tags in the bin!). All correspondence went straight to China with no resolution. The e-bike is nice, with prompt delivery and competitive pricing, and whilst we will be keeping it, we would not have purchased this model had we known the NFC tags were redundant.

do not trust these two faced deceitful con artists.. spent a week haggling agreeing a discount.. no sooner did i pull trigger on a purchase based on percieved discount we d agreed .. within an hour they changed the price on website .. utterly negating my discount . had words over it next morning but left the order in place... two days later i wake up to we cancelled your order e mail.... decietful misleading con artists DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE

Bought two Samebike XD26-II-FT E-bikes and very happy with the purchase, both were delivered within 4 days of order and the bikes are well built and much better than expected for the price. Contacted them about adjusting bike settings and they got back to me within an hour with advice. Couldn't be happier. A+

BJS Home Delivery failed to deliver on day 5 and lied on the tracking. I escalated through "Infinity Energy Organisation" which the ebikes are part of that group. A huge thanks to the manager "AR" who investigated and gave me direct feedback even up to 2100 on the day. Totally alleviated my anxiety as I thought this may be a scam. I waited until the following Tuesday where notification of re-delivery was given, including an apology from BJS. Again, a massive thanks to "AR" and their customer service team.

I have waited almost 12 months before leaving this review as I wanted to give them the chance to sort it first , after 100s of emails, requested videos numerous times , sent many different parts ,more requests for videos all which I did , my same bike is still cutting out from day one of purchase, the emails you get back are pleasant but random parts sent that don’t fix the problem , they won’t accept refund and bike back I kept box for 11 months as this was happening from purchase. Now told at my expense to take to a bike shop .since our purchases we have seen other reviews very similar to our issues. Don’t buy from this company

Appalling company to deal with. Stay clear.

Infinity Electric Bikes failed to deliver on four confirmed delivery dates. Ebike arrived with slightly buckled wheel.
Ebike broke down within two months.

Replacement parts and tech support come from China causing extensive delays.

Replacement part sent to wrong address.

Gave incorrect advice re full refund liability.
Bike returned for full refund and carriage charge which was paid.

This company lacks the correct policies and procedures in place to support the customer when things go wrong.

They do very little in a timely or professional manner.

They have tried to absolve themselves of all responsibility by either blaming:
various technical issues, (3)
no messages passed, (3)
No voicemails left (4)
the couriers fault not ours (legally incorrect), (5)
warehouse issues, (2)
overseas holidays in China! (2)

Subvert questions raised in complaints, the have been many. (5)

Infinity have denied being left numerous voicemails or telephone messages passed by their colleagues.

They did not carry stock, product knowledge. Failed to provide all the correct replacement parts as recommended by the manufacturer.

This was very frustrating, repetitive time consuming experience.

If you do purchase Infinity ensure you pay by credit card only.

For some reason - in my experience - Infinity Electric Bikes think they are exempt from various trading provisions such as contracts, the breech of and the consumer rights act.

My husband has looked for an electric bike for a while without success ( as a first time purchase, he was unsure what to look for) so I took over & looked at several reviews online to help us.
Infinity Bikes/Eliglide had very good reviews and so we settled on the Eliglide T1. We had the bike in October 2023. He is very impressed with the performance, battery life, etc.

Fast forward to May & the bike failed while hubby was on a bike ride. It had the error code 21.
I emailed Infinity E-Bike Support. They guided us through the information they needed to identify the fault & it was decided the controller was faulty. A new part was sent out & arrived in a few days.
Unfortunately the wrong part was sent out but this was rectified in a timely manner too.

The support team kept us updated at all times & were very efficient.

We would highly recommend Infinity E-Bikes to anyone looking for a decent E-Bike at a competitive price

Absolutely dreadful company. My bike would not power up. Been going back and forth for 3 weeks. I have opened a case with barclay card. I can not deal with these stupid people

SCAMMERS!
I purchased a bike March 2024.
It never turned on at all.
I worked with them to diagnose and they said they sent another battery. I never received it.

They then said I refused the battery delivery! And since I refused it, I now need to pay 100+ shipping to return the bike, because refusing the battery means I’m not trying to fix and so I have to pay shipping!

Makes no sense whatsoever but here I am with non working bike, fighting them to take it back and refund me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DODGEY
