It was unclear from your review exactly which campaign(s) you are referring to but we wanted to assure you that our Trust team is committed to keeping our platform safe. When we receive feedback from our community, we have a protocol for investigating unfulfilled campaigns, which could include requesting demonstrative proof that the campaign owner has progressed towards fulfillment. Our protocol for enforcing unfulfilled campaigns could include any of the following based on the circumstances: banning campaign owners from launching new campaigns, sending campaign owners to collections, and reporting campaign owners to law enforcement officials if we suspect malintent.

Indiegogo was founded with the mission to allow any entrepreneur or creator to find funding for any idea. Like many companies, we’ve learned that platforms must play a bigger role in user protection.
