I did a big order from them and found out 6 months later that one small item was missing. I had low hopes that they would rectify this since it had been so long, but I sent them a picture that showed the contents of the whole box when I first opened it (though I didn't realize at the time something was missing). And they immediately sent me a new one and even threw in a neoprene dice rolling tray too! The package made it all the way here to the US within a week of me emailing them. Excellent customer service!

I bought a gaming table. The table is cool, but he wasn't in a good shape, when arrived. I asked for a discount, but noone answered...

I have purchased from Gamemat.eu on two occasions over the past two years. I have bought a gaming table, pre-painted resin terrain, gaming mats, and other mini products. I highly recommend them. Amazing customer service. Fast international shipping. Gamemat's products are amazing. I use them to game with my friends and my kid can play wargames on them because they are well made. I have lots of friends that have ordered from them and have had similar experiences (I'm from Canada). Will order again!

I ordered the 6x4 battlemat Swamp (one sided)
It arrived promptly but the surface didn't really look like anything similar to the picture on the website.
So I adressed Support and they immediately apologized for what was seemingly a misprint and offered to keep the mat and they send a "double sided mat" of my choosing for free! Thats what I call perfect customer Support, will order again anytime and my local gaming club will order there too! full recommendation

I ordered the G-Board Ultra and a double sided battle mat.

The table arrived in good quality and is just as advertised, sadly my battlemat was missing.

But after I was able to contact Customer support i got same day answer and the seller is sending me a new one.

I got the new ultra table and it is fantastic! Feels good to play Warhammer on a standard table that can also fold itself and hide away when not in use!

They sent the wrong mat but sorted it & sent the right one after emailing them

Gamemat.eu / Matous was really helpful and extremely forthcoming, helpful and quick in responding to my e-mails.

Some items in my order weren't in stock, which was only discovered, after I had already ordered them. I wrote gamemat.eu and Matous was extremly helpful in sorting everything out. I got replacement items and they arrived quickly.

Really great quality items as well! I cannot wait to play my Warhammer battles on my new gamemat.eu gamemats.

I've placed two separate orders with them. Bought one gaming mat for 40K and a set of pre-painted resin terrain.

I have nothing but good words for my experience with them. Received the items in perfect conditions both time. Mindblown by the quality/price ratio of their products. Keep up the good work, will order again for sure.

Recently purchased a Star Wars Legion TX-130 Saber -Class Fighter Tank - which is quite hard to get hold of nowadays, was a reasonable price, English version, shipped to Ireland. No issues, brand new, well packaged.

I ordered a double sided game mat and it arrived in good time. The product was absolutely fantastic and I cannot fault it. There was a slight issue in that they forgot the bag is was supposed to come with, however, the customer service was incredibly friendly and efficient and they got the missing bag out to me in about the same amount of time as it took to get the original order (which I had no complaints about as they kept to the agreed date).

I will 100% be buying from them again and look forward to my next purchase with them.

One of the products arrived wrong, I mailed them with proof and they immediately send the correct one plus some small terrain objects for free.

Got the wrong order, just awful customer service, nothing, just a flat out dissapointment, that's 100+ Euros down the drain, avoid these people!

I pre-ordered a product in February 2024, which was due to be shipped by the end of March 2024.

Due to circumstances outside of Gamemat's control, the pre-order date slipped to June, and then once again to July.

I'm tolerant of these situations, however the one star rating is a response to Gamemat's communication - which was has been consistently either poor or non-existent.

The latest update per their Facebook page is that products will be shipped and customers will receive the tracking information by 22nd July at the latest, it's now the 26th July and I've received no tracking information and they've ignored my attempts at communication.

The people and products are amazing. I ordered a folding gaming table and some game mats all were fabulous quality and more then I expected. However that is not the reason I’m writing this review I’m writing this because of their service after the sale. So to no fault of Gamemat.eu two shipments were lost the customer care that Gamemat.eu did to fix and make me happy with what I ordered was way above and beyond. I will use them again and recommend anyone I can to buy from them.

Got neither product nor response. Only a confirmation that my order was received. Couldn't even cancel the order.

Mat reasonably priced given the size and finish, shipping time was normal, pleased with the quality and the fact that it is double-sided for efficiency of space and variety of use. Can't fault the product but service has put me off using/recommending again

Greatly disappointed as their site advertises a free carry bag with every mat which in my mind would have added extra value, but mine arrived without one. They apologised and acknowledged that their site wording is confusing in the customer service email response but offered no resolution to my complaint

It took a little bit to actually get my package ship but not too long (1-2 business days). The major thing is that I had to deal with customs when getting my item shipped. I didn't have to pay any extra fees, but my package was in limbo for quite a bit. However when receiving my package, it was in perfect condition! I've had worse looking packages from in-state shipping. Genuinely impressed!

I purchased the big folding table from them. I live in the UK and on their site it states they cover all import fees etc. UPS texted me a few days ago saying I owe import fees on this, pay now, or pay the driver. So I've reached out to GameMat multiple times, from different emails to even on their social media accounts. No response at all. Nothing. Not sure what to do now as the table arrives today. I will have to pay for this and hope that I can get a refund. Really poor from GameMat, I guess if you are looking at buying from them then buyer beware.

Edit...The table arrived and I paid the import fees however GameMat eventually responded and refunded me the amount. Customer service is lacking in response time but overall everything is fine now.

The Gothic terrian set I ordered was well made and painted, the company packaged it like an expensive computer, it came in a big cardboard box with Styrofoam packaging, each piece was wrapped in plastic and had its own protected place in the Styrofoam. It arrived in a couple of weeks from the shipping date since it came from overseas. The battlemat arrived undamaged as well and included its own carrybag. This product too is well made. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and will purchase more products from them in the future.
