I had a great experience living at 254 Boardwalk Place in Canary Wharf. Everything went smoothly from day one — no issues at all. The flat was always peaceful, clean, and very well maintained.

Inclusive Living is an honest and transparent company. They always communicated clearly, respected deadlines, and managed everything with professionalism. I never had any surprise charges or problems — just straightforward and respectful service throughout my stay.

I truly appreciated how easy it was to deal with them. I’m hoping to return soon and would definitely rent from them again without hesitation.

🚫 Unprofessional Behavior from Local Workers 🚫

Hi everyone, just a quick heads-up. Some workers were recently doing repair work for my neighbors and had their vehicle parked near my house. I’m not sure exactly what kind of work they were doing, but once they finished, they left rubbish and debris right by my fence.
I believe this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If someone is hired to do a job, they should clean up after themselves — especially when it affects other people's property.
I just want to make others aware and recommend being cautious when considering hiring these workers. Leaving a mess behind shows a lack of respect and responsibility, and in my opinion, it reflects poorly on the quality of their work as well.
Let’s support professionals who respect both the job and the community.

The team at Inclusive Living were great. The flat was just as advertised, and any issues I had whilst staying there (only normal maintenance issues!) were dealt with promptly. Can’t recommend them enough, I was very sad to leave!

This is a very good company - honestly one of the best I have delt in London - I have been living in the UK for seven years and came across a few agencies.

Property cleanness - the property is well maintained and they managed to put together nice people (I do not know how they do that, but since I have lived there always had nice mates).

Fast response - I have lived in the property for 4 years - there were a few issues such as with the wash machine, Internet (a couple of times), Toilet and Sink. ALL of them were addressed promptly - Anthony makes your user experience in the property really smooth.

Inclusive Living were great from the get-go. Anthony has been an absolute star - super helpful, always responding in a kind, professional and timely manner. Wholeheartedly recommend!

I would avoid this company. The main members of staff I had to deal with were very aggressive and rude. In our flat the fridge was broken. I repeatedly asked for this to be fixed over a significant period of time, but they did absolutely nothing about it. I believe their intention was to inconvenience me enough to make me move out so they could put the rent up (which they did, significantly, once I moved out because of this issue). In my opinion they are not to be trusted.

I have videos of how bad things got with the fridge situation, a large portion of our food being frozen and ruined on a daily basis. This company did absolutely nothing about it. It's totally unfair that companies like this think they can get away with treating customers in this way.

I have been receiving emails from Trustpilot saying that one of the members of staff is trying to get this review taken down. Laughable. I think this speaks to the nature of how they operate. I can confirm that everything I have said in this review is accurate and I have written this with hope of helping others.

Great experience with the team here. Anthony was very helpful showing me around and making me feel comfortable in my first flat. Very attentive to any issue. Checked out and got my deposit back on the same day. Very smooth and trustworthy.

Inclusive Living is the best agency from my 7 years experience in London.
Cleaning always as per schedule which is a big plus.
Maintenance problems are sorted straight away, usually in the same day.
Anthony as the agent is very helpful, always on the phone when you need him, friendly and respectful.
I will leave them only when I'll have my own mortgage.
