I have worked with them before and just recently. They are one of the best in the game. Deals are amazing and communication are quick. Everything they do are precise and down to a T. If I could, I would give them 10 stars because they deserve it.

They’re quick to tend to any matter with the property - be it client enquiries etc, or even questions and thoughts I might have. They really do go above and beyond in filling my property across various OTAs and also doing outreach for longer term bookings, both of which they’ve been able to secure for me at various points across the management. In fact, at the start, they proactively suggested we find more decor etc. to stage my property even better, and they handled it all. From ordering the decor to setting things up in the property itself. They arranged for a really compelling photographer to capture the property, and not long after we had a 3+ month booking. Marcus & Gadir are in the game of maximising occupancy, and it’s been a pleasant partnership. It’s truly been hands-off, which was a key factor for me in searching for a property manager.
They’re dedicated to the job and very driven on providing results. I trust the vision, resolve & creativity they have to get properties under their remit performing as best as possible.
