Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the modules on our training programme. Your experience is very important to us, and we're glad we could support your learning journey.
All round poor experience
Poor organisation, date changes, failure to upload any learning material on time and had to be asked for multiple times, lack of support when asking questions.
The whole course is poorly set out, no one learns 2 days a week every other month for 1 year and then expected to take an exam at the end with no work/help/tasks in between. By the end of the year everything we learnt was gone. Needs to be exams after every module to help with learning styles. If we fail i’m not suprised as everything we have been physically taught is gone.
Good provision of lecture notes in physical booklets but constantly repeating themselves.
Wouldn’t recommend the course for value of money at all. The main lecturer was the only positive of the course as she provided way more than the course itself did.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your course experience. We're sorry to hear that you faced issues with organisation, communication, and support throughout the programme. Your insights about the course structure and the need for more frequent assessments are valuable, and we will take them into consideration as we work to improve.
We're glad to know that the main lecturer had a positive impact on your learning, but we understand that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments on the lecture materials, and we will review them to ensure they are effective and not repetitive.
If you're willing, we would love the chance to discuss your experience in more detail so we can address your concerns and enhance our future courses. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
Communication frustrations
Communication with the program was very difficult; I was not receiving important information regarding my case study, even a response when it was complete. I felt I was in the dark most of the course. It was also frustrating that after the modules were complete you could not ask the instructors questions.
