After multiple weeks of being told by staff that the issue was being worked on or that an update was coming, even though everything on my end seemed to be fine according to the product status, I eventually decided to open a support ticket regarding my key.

Unfortunately, the support experience has been extremely disappointing so far. I have already been waiting for multiple hours without receiving an answer, which is honestly just frustrating. I understand that support can sometimes take time, especially if there are a lot of tickets, but after already waiting weeks and repeatedly being told that things were being updated, I expected at least some kind of response once I finally opened a ticket.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I still don't have any clear information about when I will actually receive my key or whether it will even work properly once I get it. There is basically no communication, so you're left waiting without knowing what's happening.

At this point, I personally just want to warn anyone considering purchasing from them to be prepared for potentially waiting weeks, if not months, for their key. And even after waiting all that time, you don't really know whether everything will work as expected.

I'm not trying to hate on the service for no reason, but based on my personal experience so far, the support and communication have been extremely poor. If you're expecting quick support or a fast resolution, I would definitely keep this experience in mind before purchasing.

**This is simply my personal experience so far, and I'm only sharing it to let others know what my experience with the support has been like. Hopefully, this improves and I can update this review with a more positive experience in the future.**

its so good bro i bought it today and imma be honest i have had alot of fn cheats but this ai cheat is the best ud asf i lock on everybody like good lock my peformance doesnt drop or nun i recommend it

terrible support, didn't even receive my ticket in the email and then when i made a ticket, never even was answered, made a second one, didn't help. i had to make 5+ tickets for me to still not have my key.

after 5mins of setting it up, then 5mins of using the tool, i see why its one of the best, the hardlock goes crazy.

The support is terrible, gave me the wrong key plus it takes 2 days to reply. Please don’t buy it from them. This is cheating website and you don’t want to be a loser.
