The car wash at my local IMO is great! Better than other franchises in the area in my opinion. The member of staff was personable and gave my car a good jet spray before going into the car wash. My car was gleaming when it came out!

Generally good, but the jets that spray different products during the process are often blocked and don't provide even coverage over the car. Feels like I'm not getting what I paid for. Drying is not very efficient and vertical drying mats are missing.

Used the barcode pre pay to save 5% to get to the front of the queue, the option I had chosen was unavailable and the only option was to downgrade not upgrade. After some backwards and forwards he said he will try the option I had paid for sometimes it works some times it doesn’t. Went through car came out in a worse state than it went in won’t be using again

On arrival at the location Car Wash I was promptly met by the attendant where he scanned a QR code from an App purchase made the day before being a premium car wash. Once payment confirmed the attendant proceeded to carry out the pre wash required and once completed I entered the car wash itself to go through the programmed premium wash. I was completely satisfied with the result of the wash and happy to make further visits as necessary.
