Car wash and staffing always excellent
The car wash and staffing are always excellent. I would have given five stars if the QR code registration had been easier and faster yesterday, as I was waiting in the queue and it was all a bit rushed -- texting while driving forward at the same time and anxious not to hold-up the line. The 5% discount for online payment is a nice touch thank you.

No nonsense drive through car wash
No nonsense drive through car wash. Purchased an online wash so just had QR code scanned by friendly efficient operative. Lovely clean car at the end with all pollen etc washed and cleaned off.

Carwash looked brilliant and being able to pay via QR code in the queue was great. After paying I was approached by a young member of staff and told I couldn't use the car wash as we had a roof rack. I have never taken my roof rack off for a car wash including others operated by IMO. I told him there was no mention of this restriction on the website and or signage at the carwash and he shrugged and told me the company was "pretty rubbish". I asked if the manager was available and he said the manager never showed up and was also pretty rubbish. All in all a very poor experience from a company I have used countless times (first time at this branch - St Austell). No clarity and awful comms.
