IMO Car Wash - Redruth Arvostelua 17

Prepaid a £20 ceramic wash. Turned up the car wash. The operator told me the machine was broken and it was handwash only. Had to pay £10 for a handwash. The operator literally sprayed water over my car, put the foam brush very quickly over it and rinsed it. That was it! My car was still dirty. He waved me over to another area and I thought he was going to finish it but no he didn’t. Took less than 5 minutes! What a total rip off!
I complained straight away on the app and said I wanted my prepaid ceramic refunded because I couldn’t use it. They gave me a £20 refund straight away however I would have thought they would have also refunded me the £10 hand wash seeing as though it wasn’t washed. Had to go to Morrisons straight away and spend another £10 to get my car washed properly.

Birds had made a mess of my windscreen & they took their time removing it before I went through the wash

Car wash bought online via the app. All as expected with excellent result and staff member was polite and helpful.

Super easy to use the app to purchase the wash you need, and usually don’t need to wait long, but just doesn’t feel like my car is being washed, even when I choose one of the expensive options (ultra HD), my car always looks dirty after! It’s been 3 times now in the past 2 months, and same results each time.
The person doing the wash doesn’t pay attention to washing the car properly, mirrors and windscreen isn’t being cleaned properly, roof of the car always gets missed and the back windscreen not fully cleaned.
At this rate I much rather pay the hand car wash for much better wash. Quite disappointed

Good clean service if go during week not waiting long

App took 15 minutes to process payment and paid for the best wash still dirty water marks and so wasn't worth the wait or money didn't feel like top wash sorry

Felt rushed I paid for the most expensive wash definitely not worth £20 car came out still dirty I actually drove home then hand washed the car myself was very disappointed as this was my first time don’t think I’ll be going back

Paid £10.50 for a wash and got shouted at THREE times, had my youngest grandsons in the back who got upset. I couldn't leave because I had cars behind me, was fuming as I am paying for this. Definitely won't be returning and encourage my friends not to either.

After so many years going there, the experience gets better everytime. Can't wait for the updates

The car still had bird muck marks on it after the ultra wash. I had to go home and clean it again

Bought some pre paid vouchers to use at my local car wash as I'm a regular customer. Turned up today to wash my car and the vouchers have disappeared!! They've expired, no warning by email or from the app. So I've spent £40 on car washes for nothing ? Absolutely no reason for them to expire so quickly when you're buying them in bulk.

POOL - Redruth:-
GARBAGE. It dosn't matter how many times you ask the guys to take care of the wheels - they never do.

We use the top of the list.

The fist time, I gave then an extra few quid,,,, thinking they had done so - but No.
There was bird droppings on the window and door - still there after washing.
Where two panels meet leaves a ridge that needs cleaning - but No.
We no longer use that place, as my 3 year old can do a better job.

Travelled 17 miles to Redruth to use my monthly wash voucher valid until 24/06/22. The operator refused to honour this arguing that I would have to come back on 24/6, he did not have enough command of English to differentiate between commence and valid until 24/6. I then had to back out of the queue. Not good enough! Can your staff be aught to understand basic English.
