IMO Car Wash - LincolnArvostelua 

The first horizontal roller on the left still doesn’t touch the car. It needs adjusting. I have previously reported this.

Just paid for the £19 extra wash, definitely didnt get the ceramic, car is streaky, at best you get the cheapest wash for your £19. Had to wipe windows and mirrors before I drove away, and had to polish it myself when I got home so it wasnt covered in streaks. What a waste of money, complete rip off, they dont dry the car so it has streaks all over it. They dont lift wndscreen washers so underneath remains dirty. They dont open doors and wipe sills. The men working there are so rude, he told me to turn my wheels to the right then shouted at me because he made a mistake and wanted me to go left. The men were also falling out with each other. First time and definetly the last. Will never go there again. Total waste of time and money.

It was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be going back.
The staff member was really helpful and informative, and the whole process was quick and painless - with a very clean car at the end!

After the diamond wax, the car was covered in water marks, dirt still on vehicle.

Various washes and extras available. Reasonable value for money. Staff always pleasant.

Nice and easy and quick to use. I am impressed with the app as I can pay for what I want and show the confirmation to the gentleman in charge as I arrive.

Never been to an automated carwash before always done it myself. As it was my first time I had no idea what to do but the member of staff on duty was very helpful and guided me through the process which made for a very pleasant experience. I will use this service again in the future as it seemed to do a good job of cleaning my car.

Possibly the rudest man I have ever encountered in my life. He was stood in front of the instructions board and I hadn’t turned off my anti braking system (because I didn’t see it on the board) he started shouting at me and gesturing to the other people in the queue that I was thick. Car’s still dirty anyway. Will never go back.
