IMO Car Wash - Cumbernauld (ASDA) Arvostelua 18

This will be my third and final time of replying. As stated before the wash operative is very helpful and cheery, no problem tgere. The issue as reported already is the horrendous potholes at the entrance to the wash, despite replying to say this will be looked at and rectified, as suspected, nothing done, only slightly worse. I'll not bother returning to the wash until I see the so called assurances that the potholes are repaired , properly. Guess that'll be maybe next year !!!!

I had a few bird droppings on my passenger door, the guy going over the car with his brush didn't touch that side of my car, I left it and thought going through the wash would clear it. It was still there at end of foam wash(3). Really only went through it to get rid of that but the guy was not interested.

Cycle kept stopping and having to be reset then at end no chamois curtain to dry the car off and not informed of the failing and missing parts of the wash cycle Ive paid for. Not great.

I paid for the top car wash the Ceramic XTR wash but I was left a little disappointed as it didn’t clean the car properly. The back of the car was still not entirely clean. The rest of the car looked good but the rear was disappointing for some reason.

I used this car wash several times then finally was told to get the discount bundle I need the app. Prior to returning I downloaded the app and created an account. I purchased a wash.
Went to the carwash presented the barcode. Came up can't be used at this location. Operator told me a second code should come but it takes a while. A large queue had formed behind me as we tried to sort this out. Couldn't pull out of the queue so had to pay by card for a wash.
Conclusion payed twice for a wash hopefully I've one in the app for next time and lost out on a reward points. O was happy with the cleaning process and the operator very helpful and friendly. 1 star on this occasion but will use again if the payment made on the app works

Terrible customer service first time using it with very poor instructions not value for money

I am new to IMO bought a 3 wash bundle drove up to the machine , there is was no one precent so we assumed the machine was automated and drove up to the machine looking for some place to scan our bundle bar code, all of a sudden an operator came screaming and shouting at us accusing us that we broke the machine , we requested where the signage was of what we needed to do , the operator kept on being aggressive and confrontational, and told us we broke the machine and should go somewhere else. (we never physically touched or tried to operate the machine in anyway other than driving up to the traffic light system). We went to another IMO location nearby used one of the bundle washes and lodged a complaint and requested that the remainder of our bunder be refunded as we do not intend to use IMO again. the whole experience totally discoloured our day.

The offers are great and I purchased 12 Triple Foam washes. But unfortunately, as detailed, few things are not available/not working in ASDA Cumbernauld garage. The attender is also not bothered to give a pre-wash for wheels.

No qué, quality soft brushes, lots of soap and the cars paint work is still beading 3 weeks later after the ultra HD car wash.

Unfriendly attendant. He did not utter one word even when I put my window down and said hello how are you. He seemed annoyed that I had pre paid as he had to go away and get his phone to scan the qr code. Pointed at a sign with his jet washer and started spraying the car. Such an ambassador for your business

Attendant refused to wash my car after I prepaid,said it was to big, he checked by eye. It was however under the height restriction. I asked for a refund he said no, contact the company. I said I want my money back as I had used the carwash before without issue. I ask to speak to a manager and he refused, I was told to F-off when I refused to move my car, he said he called the police so I decided to wait till they arrived. They didn't so I called them, I repeatedly ask for a refund and was refused. He repeatedly took pictures of my car and said I was on CCTV,at which I said, great.
I eventually gave up and he complained that he lost custom, for the sake of £11, which he owed me.
Very poor service.

Hi just paid £17 for my car to be washed ,had to go back the wheels are still dirty the guy said he sprayed them but I know he put a squirt on each wheel . The guy clearly can’t be bothered doing his job properly , never again would I put my car through that car wash again . I actually want s refund

Used the wash today 25/06/22 for a £10 Ultra HD and all the features it should have. Process broke down twice, resulting in only a partial wash, wheel dressing included in Ultra HD wash, but no equipment installed to do that, Blower not working/lowering to dry car. Result a water speckled finish and only partially clean car. Spoke to attendant who could only authorise a £2 pre wash and was clearly embarrassed at the run down/ poorly equipped and maintained cleaning operation he was meant to operate. Needs complete overhaul, as I have been using this site for at least 15 years and it has not been upgraded much.
Poor experience for customer and for staff on site. Shameful way to operate a franchise.

Airdrie and Cumbernauld IMO - avoid. Triple car wash is in fact 1 or 2 foams as equipment is faulty, at the end there is STH like wax spray but today it was spraying 10% of the car and 90% leaking on the ground...
It is a joke... Calling customer services is impossible. They never answer.
