IMO Car Wash - Bushey Arvostelua 36

Has a habit of missing bits which maybe the car design but is frustrating

Pre paid for my wash £12 on your app and arrived at Bushey car wash to be told I couldn’t have the wash as no bar code had been generated. I showed him my email proof of purchase from yourselves but the guy said as there was no code if he let me through he would have to personally pay for the wash out of his money, which is obviously rubbish. I told him I has a transaction code and showed h8m it. By then 3 cars were waiting behind me beeping, and one person getting out to remonstrate with me why I wasn’t going through the wash. You shouldn’t use the app it’s no good said the guy who seemed to be in charge, only ever pay here app is bad. To which I said don’t have an app then, I’ve. Paid and have proof let me through the wash, he wouldn’t and said I would have t9 buy another wash, I refused and said 8 would reverse out and he would have to get the cars behind to reverse also. Terrible customer service. When my code appeared 3 hours later on my app the wash I paid for was ok but not great and very streaky.

Always great, have used them multiple times over the years. The only issue I have is the car is never fully dry after the session and have to park on the side and give it a quick wipe all over with my own tissues especially windows and side mirrors. Also have to remember to remove the sleeve they had to the rear wiper. Luckily they have massive bins just behind the wash exit otherwise really good and reasonably priced often with promo for multiple washes.

Really poor end result especially when it was the Ceramic premium service. Car was still dirty at the end and smeared. Very disappointing.

Booked a wash on the app as they encourage you to save money on it. Everything said the car wash was open and when I got there it said that it was closed for maintenance with no prior warning in their app or online. I only use it when it's desperate as even with the most expensive option it doesnt clean or dry properly and you still have to wipe it yourself later. Staff are also not very friendly at all when I've been there when the actually bother to open.

I thought I messed up my payment, they found it, it was on my phone all the time! Luckily no one behind me!

I would normally get a good clean, but this time they miss half of the rear of the car. Not what I would normally expect

Only right hand side was applying ceramic coat. First time something went not as planned.

Wash ia not so clean particularly it doesn't dry well. Price is increasing constantly

Wheels remain dirty with grime. Told the guy to clean properly during pre-wash but he said that if need proper clean you should perhaps go to hand car wash.
